actually, the whole truck flying a pirate flag isn't THAT unlikely.

there's an ice cream truck near me that flies one - truly.
and I have a friend who insists on taking a pirate flag whenever we go camping.

I never really doubted Publishers Weekly. I certainly would have never considered going to a Tairy site for verification. You are brave, I think.

Well, since the PW review seemed too good to be true, and since I wasn't sure that even Tairy would sink so low as to blatantly plagiarize himself (not to mention turn his totally NOT fantasy series into a continuation of his fantasy series), I thought it would be nice to have independent confirmation.

I abyss, I think (and hope) that Myshkin said it is too good to be true because of how easy it is to make fun of him just from the synopsis.

So... if it comes out in paperback... I might purchase it and try to read it to see what happens, and bring back the 'my eyes are bleeding but I can see clearly now the chicken is gone' report.

Not just speciality coffee...it is I understand THE most expensive coffee in the world.

And anyway, browsing in a coffee shop won't give you enough time, so library? I know he still gets money, but it's such a tiny amount and the fun we have...but like I said above, it's too much to ask one person to do...and risk their sight...so a relay?
