Sil's "good point about me" is speculation on the psychological makeup/strategy of someone playing BB. I can't entirely knock the argument because it's partially the reason I was interested in looking at the players with higher post counts, but who were still appearing to be cruising. It stands to reason that a savvy killer could play the post numbers game to their advantage. But it's ultimately what players say and react to that make the case IMO. I've been more interested in analysing fall out from the pissing matches than adding to them.

As for the time issue. RL hasn't really interfered yet. My post count isn't high, but I've been trying to contribute.

And, not without a sense of irony I have to announce that, unfortunately, I can't stick around any longer.

Okay, see ya Gamelon. After reading Meanas and Fener together, I have noticed that each has subtly symped the other, one yesterday, switching up today, but it is impossible to deny that there seems to be a connection. I was particularly interested by Meanas' behaviour. Yesterday at 6 he said "I don't like the 'case' on Korlat." (I lost all the quotes when I switched tabs, didn't wanna get em all again, sorry) yet his very next post at 8:30 was to hammer Korlat. Now, 2 and 1/2 hours is ample time to change ones mind, but that far? Maybe he just wanted a day one lynch and we were too close to the wire to change to Sil. Of course, killers want a lynch every day too...

Fener has been quiet, but has been harping on Sil almost non-stop, until today when he mentions Sil as symping Ruse. As I said, Fener and Meanas have been symping each other, but if its UB and BB, then I think Fener is more likely BB.

I can see where you're coming from Gamelon, but trying psychoanalyze killers gets heavily into WIFOM-ville. Would he lay low, or would he be a high poster to avoid low-post-count-based suspicion?

Since I've chosen to follow that second avenue and Meanas has been happy to convince me of his scumminess, my vote'll remain.

It stands out, true, but I'm rereading it around post #410 and the majority of his indignation seems to be from your accusation that he's "symping everybody" when, as he's asserted, he disagreed with several people. Granted, in that disagreement he naturally agreed with someone else, but I don't think it's a "lay-low and be non-confrontational" sort of agreement.
I haven't liked Fener's case from the start, and it seems like part of your willingness to vote for him stems from that case. And given that the other half of your attack against Silanah is against his indignation, well...I honestly think it's just the product of swear-word abuse.

Not really. Unfortunately nothing has really stood out for me. Korv not knowing how the game works is a little WIFOM, if I was scum I would also deliberately make a mistake like that. Not enough for a vote on it's own though. I still havent really sorted out the Meanas/Ruse/Fener/silanah muddle It's possible there scum in that mess, but not sure where to look.

The two that ring the biggest alarm bells is Kessoh and gamelon...korvalain a little as well.
But these guys are just plain old cruising.
Adding helpful things here and there but never getting in anybody's faces. And seem to be pretty happy to go for almost any case that looks like it might get a lynch, when i say this i mean they look like they never question a cases validity and seem to happy to follow.

I think the BB will feel vulnerable being by himself and would therefore be rather reserved, so BB could very easily be one of these guys.

Well, i'm back, and this post, upon another inspection, seems off.

Firstly he says he's read over the low posters. Yet he obviously hasn't read enough to realise that Kessobahn is dead.

Which makes it seem like he hasn't actually read up, and is just lying and appearing like trying to contribute.

Anyway, gonna go continue catching up, think I saw mention of a Meanas/Fener case.
