Through the wonders of text messaging technology, Brood has asked me to sign him up if that's ok, as he cant log on himself. We could use this as a good opportunity to both berate and mock him!

Brood is not allowed to come, I feel he's taking liberties.
As part of my Manc posse I'd implore Stone Monkey and Mezla to turn up.
The t-shirt; it's got to be the keeper one; I mean who looks good in a white T-shirt, put in an extra couple of quid and we could put names and numbers on the back! No-one is allowed 69 though. Make sure they are tight though, i want to show of my guns and see the girls boobs.
I'm massively over excited about this now.

With that white one, we would definitely need "I blame Brood" written on the back...

@Toby - I did think about contacting Brood myself and if he wants to come I have no real objctions even though I find it strange
OK - t-shirts.. Urb has very kindly sent me a revised black and white "Keeper" (high res) image with his blessing to use it as we wish, and also a black version with tan (rather than white). I'm proposing to put www.malazanempire.com somewhere on it as well.
We don't have a costing for these yet and of course it will depend on how many we need to buy but I'll keep you updated, those who are interested anyway.
@ Centz - I'll see what we can do regarding smaller sizes

I wouldn't mind the Imperial sigil on the left chest (maybe with website underneath in legible script).
With the Bridgeburner sigil I can't seem to find at the moment printed large on the back. Hopefully with "Bridgeburners" across the top and "First In - Last Out" underneath in ribands.
Cheers,
La Sombra, (high nerd-cred) will definitely be catching up with Brood at some point regardless

Doesn't the whole copywrite discussion creep up on us again with these t-shirts?

Didn't know Hetan was in Cambridge - that's just down the road from me.
I might be able to make it over if I'm not away then - I think I would be quite an experience meeting everyone face to face! Scary mob indeed.

So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

As it turns out, I am double booked; so unfortunately the prior promise takes precedence. I am going to get to one of these one day. Next year now, it would appear. I doubt any of you will lose sleep over the prospect, but I for one will be very sorry to miss it.
If an opinion contrary to your own makes you angry, that is a sign that you are subconsciously aware of having no good reason for thinking as you do. If some one maintains that two and two are five, or that Iceland is on the equator, you feel pity rather than anger, unless you know so little of arithmetic or geography that his opinion shakes your own contrary conviction. … So whenever you find yourself getting angry about a difference of opinion, be on your guard; you will probably find, on examination, that your belief is going beyond what the evidence warrants. I think there was some sort of agreement never to speak of that again... I hope there was.

I'd love to come, but I can't I'm afraid. (I know you are all devastated by that news! )
I would absolutely definately want a t shirt though - not even too worried about the price - as they will be priceless in the best meaning of the word. Sombra's idea about the sigil and the BB on the back with the 'first in...' bit is class!
Off topic for a second...
I am so jealous. I would love to find something like this in my family tree....my lot are so boring...apart from my 2 x great grandad (I think) being killed by a horse.

On the colonials thing - I actually recently discovered transported convicts in my family tree. Oh, the ignominy! Even worse, great (times a few) Grand-dad spent time in Tasmania (sobs!) and took up with a "notorious strumpet" who I think turned out to be my great (times a few) Grandmother!

'Tell me, Tool, what dominates your thoughts?'
The Imass shrugged before replying. 'I think of Mafia, Adjunct.'
'Do all Imass think about Mafia?'
'No. Few think at all.'
'Why is that?'
The Imass leaned his head to one side and regarded her. 'Because, Adjunct, they are sheeple.'
Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that frisbee getting bigger?" ... and then it hits me.
