I saw "Saw" the other day. Scared the beejeebies out of me.
I saw "Cool Hand Luke" for the first time. The first words I said when the credits rolled were, "They don't make movies like they used to". I think that sums it up nicely. However, there is no way a human could eat 50 hard boiled eggs in an hour! I can hardly finish a 3 egg omelette.

I saw both Saw 1 and 2 in a row.
My fathers always said that television is sick and only really fcuked up people could create things like Aliens or similar disgusting television.
After seeing the Saw movies I'm now ready to agree, I mean.. who comes up with this siht?! "I'll make this machine rip your mouth apart in 2 minutes if you dont DIG OUT A KEY FROM THAT GUYS STOMACH WITH A SMALL BLADE!!"
Very cool movies but damn some of those concepts reaaaally freaked my out, like Saw 2 where a girl has to rumage trough a hole in the floor filled with glasssyringes to find a small key... that's just wrong, fundementally wrong.

I recently saw The Life Aquatic Of Steve Zissou. I thought it was great. The first 30mins had me wondering, but after that, I really enjoyed it. Especially when they stormed the pirates island, I loved the music and the gunfights. Bill Murray is my God.

I saw "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby" yesterday. This is the best movie I've seen this summer, which tells you just how sucktastic this year at the movies has been. Still, the movie made me laugh....
OK, I think I got it, but just in case, can you say the whole thing over again? I wasn't really listening.

I saw Lucky Number Slevin the other day and thought it was pretty good. I liked the way they had filmed it, with flashbacks and such...very cool

I was also there for the Jeff Goldblum/Jim Carey/Daren Wayans/Gina Davis romp - side-splitting doesn't quite cover it. And the dancing! Loooooordee!

I liked manly manly Mac - can I say manly again? MANLY. Of course, different head stuck on Goldblum's body. It's a pity the lot of them had to get old and flabby - Jim was cuuute!

You don't have a pool.
...unlike me! Bring it on, boys!
(I'm referring to the hot, alien kind here, not mere mortal humans - surely I deserve better, right?)

"500 Dollar!"
I think Bubbleboy is an exception to the whole random storyline kind of movie. It seems to sum up really well at the end. Normally you groan with the way these kinda movies end but Bubbleboy has you still laughing at the end. I think that is why I like it...and the fact that Jake is cute.

"500 Dollar!"
But enough of that (they won't let me post the same stuff over again anyway), Jake Gyllenhal is GORGEOUS.
I just thought I'd put that out there

I saw Lucky # Slevin. I wasn't too impressed. I like it when the whole of a situation is broken up and delivered in little fragments evenly dispersed, in the manner of ascertaining it, like in the Malazan series. Not when the actual situation is dumped in one solid block at the end, like in Slevin, where a character is actually forced to explain it to his enemies in full detail. A structure like that is a real turnoff. But I guess the mannerisms of the character should have hinted at the big final revelation. But he also took way too long to explain, and the big revelation was very repetetive, and lasted 10 minutes to deliver a 30 second message.
I also liked Memento. But one weak point was that I don't think there was anything particularly profound or groundbreaking about the "middle scene" (the last scene in the movie) that made it deserve to be a climax.
