Looks like someones had a successful day/night. I'm glad at least one scum go whacked. Only, I have my doubts about it being a vig kill? Seems too early - meh, what do I know about anything - I mean I'm beginning to think I am just stupid - need to read a bit more, only had a quick scan.

I have had a quick read. Something wierd about the Telas reveal - mad idea - could someone be making him get himself lynched? I mean is that a possibility? I dunno. I don't see how he is helping his cause...hmm need to think. Barghast, certainly needs further thought as well. Breakfast is calling, I will be back later today.

I agree with Ano bout Korlat, after his defence I wasnt sure he was scum but his whole self-vote thing made me keep my vote on him.

As for barg, he has gotten a bit pissy when put under pressure, will have to go skim through his posts.

Telas's reveal - now this is interesting. The info he claims to have received shows that there is a town recruiter (no deprogrammer, since one of the original Sabbat became town) and his response is to try turn this into a faction game. Like he said he has no reason to have revealed other than to give info to his teammates. I agree with Rashan, an outed scum like that has very little chance of surviving the night, since on of the other scum factions or a vig will take him out. That said, a train that is guaranteed not to hit an inno is a very nice option.

Well, that is a possibility, but if I were Sabbat, or Cam or Bal. Why would I try to confuse my own team with that info? I wouldn't. Instead, I choose to get the info out there so that my team knows they have more to think about than just eliminating te other factions. We need to get together and eliminate town, one way or another, because hell, they may recruit everyone away from my team.

Ha ha ha ... I am sorry but this reveal is just to funny! You think the scum aren't ALREADY trying to kill all the town! It is after all THEIR WINNING CONDITIONS. So what if town can recruit? Although i highly doubt it. There could just be a deposses type of role. Telas should be lynched, imnsho.

Reasons in favor:

He's not an anarch.
- he is not an anarch, thus he is scum. The whole purpose of a town vs scum game is lynching scum, last time I checked.
- if there is a healer around in his faction that will heal him, he'll laugh at us in the morning while we have gone for an unknown target today: we might well lynch an Anarch instead of scum. Why should we potentially weaken ourselves?
- because he is doomed, I can very well imagine that no other faction is probably going to be willing to touch him, meaning we will have to lynch him after all...

info about his faction:
- he claims a town-like role while not being a part of town. I would very much like to know which faction that is, as it improves our knowledge of the game.
- if he could talk off-topic, he would have informed his team mates that way, so by getting his faction we know that (at least part of that) faction can't communicate off-topic.

economy:
- the only way for town to make sure he's no longer around is a lynch - unless we have 1 or more vigs and I'd rather they saved those for late game.
- He doesn't care who gets lynched as long as it isn't his own side, so he will throw up smokescreens around them as long as he alive, so he is a liability.

Reasons against:
- a revealed finder can help us. Naive, but hey, we might go for it. Several people have mentioned it already, and in merc games, some people seem equally happy arguing just that.
- we could be able to deduce who else is in his faction on how he behaves, but that's only if he is going to play clumsily.

Mind you, I'm going to have a long hard look at the people who try to portray him as harmless and don't want him lynched, because they're basically saying that they'd much rather lynch wildly today and keep scum around.

@ Telas: revealing finder in a game with multiple factions... are you dutch, per chance?

Im not so much in the favour of lynching him. After all he can be usefull to us. Remember, even if he is not anarch he is also trying to find the other factions for his team. And is only dangerous to them. He is harmless to town as if he does find town he has to tell the truth or get lynched for lying. And if he finds a scum faction member not of his own he won't hesitate to tell us. Which only works in our favour. In fact the guys that want to lynch him should be looked at. Because they are afraid he will live till tomorrow and find scum. If he finds town...so what?

If he is alive tomorrow, lynch him there. Right now we should be speculating and trying to find another lynch.. or we will be in the same position we are today, tomorrow

Ill admit my first instinct was to lynch telas. But i never felt such urgency as what gam seemed to have. And i felt that his big show at why we should lynch telas immediatly was excessive. He REALLY wants telas gone. And i feel it could very well be because he fears that telas can harm his side. I don't think telas is an immediate threat to anyone other than the scum. Even the scum on telas's own team apparently don't know he IS on their side. He admitted this is why he had to say he was scum. :-)
