I would also like to point out, Korvalain, that Korlat has taken my posts out of context. I was the original instigator of the "case" against Tellan. I just didn't vote for him straight away. Go back, and read - I found the "slip", and pointed it out. Then people voted. THEN I had some musings, but also decided I should back my thoughts about Tellan with a vote.

Don't just take people's quotes as being in a certain order - seems to me people have a habit of taking things out of context. As has happened here.

OK, I'm awake.

Some vampire stuff, since I played the game quite a bit.

Camarilla (masquerade) vampires are the most common in the world. Sabbat are certain clans who VOTED against the masquarade at the Convention of Thorns back in the dark ages. Some disaffected Camarilla vampires sometimes convert to the Sabbat.

In the old game, the most common form of recruitment was "blood bonding". You fed your blood to another vampire over the course of a few days (3 to 5, i dont remember). Then they were bonded to you. IF YOUR MASTER WAS KILLED, the blood bond ended. So if we lynch the blood bonder, they bond would end (if that's how this game is working). It's food for thought in any case.

I think that was Barghast. Certainly I remember him taking a lot more flak than Fener. But, I admittedly only skimmed the last two pages leading up to my vote.

That waiting is in itself a scummy move. I've done it, and I've been called out about it. If you legitimately think you have a case, vote for it. Most people probably won't vote for you for this and if nobody else agrees, no harm no foul. But by waiting, you seem to be hoping somebody else will start so that if it turns up inno you can say, oh he cast the first vote. This is of course scummy behaviour and I'm beginning to feel like you're the right place for my vote.

Well I saw Korlat's case it seemed fair at first glance, definitely worth talking about, so I threw my vote in knowing that one vote is not usually taken seriously but 2 often garners further discussion from people. After the next few minutes the number of people in the thread went from 7 to 3 and no one spoke, I then went back and looked through the context of the quotes Korlat was pulling from you. And you're right, they do stand up a lot better in context. Reading the quotes alone you seem grasshoppery, but reading them in context it is much more apparnet where you are, as you say, musing and where you are being definitive.

Noting this, I figured I would withdraw my vote just so I didn't end up starting anything bad while I was away.

The biggest thing for me from among your posts was that you seemed to sort of dismiss the recruit action and peg the possession ability on Sabbat, it seemed sort of like you were trying to make the Baali seem less of a threat and shift focus on to the Sabbats at the same time, making me think you might be a Baali. However, I've had the chance to sit on it now and I don't think that's what you were trying to do anymore.

ok, slightly drunk now, and havent read it all , the Telann lynch seemed to be people jumping on a very flimsy excuse, as i know for one i had to double check and make sure anarch was town when i got my PM and to me this definitely seems more of a merc game than a town vs scum game.
As to the Lio thing Korlats case seems to boil down to Liosan saying they instead of We at the end, which is total bullshit as far as im concerned and i cant see anything convincing in his case whatsoever so im very suspicious of anyone who has voted because of it.

The initial case isn't great, sure, but we don't have a lot to go on. I think Lio's response provided a better stepping stone with him admitting to playing the waiting game, something that I've seen played by scum, more often than by innos. And while I don't know who Lio is, I don't think we have many rank newcomers in this game, so if he's inno I don't think he'd make that mistake. Also, glad you're back.

Actually, that's not what I said. I said you had the ability to say "He started it." I don't think it'll get you lynched, nor do I think it alone should get you lynched. But its something that has been played by scum often before, and its something I think should be brought to attention. I am pleased by the way you defend yourself, as it means you're confident enough to not slip, therefore you are most likely inno. I'm not PIing you, mind, but for now I think you've convinced me.
