True, but where are we going to get?
It's not likely we can figure out the hombre, because the confirmed are all confirmed, and the unconfirmed will all want to survive, hombre or not, so how can we figure out which is hombre?

He's wrong here. What they should try to achieve is build a train consisting of half the unconfirmed on 1 of the unconfirmed. That way, those 2 can prove guilty or not guilty. The lynched guy will show CF, and if the train runs to 7, then you have narrowed it down to 2 (the two not on the train) instead of 4.
Wait, this is exactly what I was saying?
At that point, you were still saying you couldn't divide the 5 in smaller portions You worked out the right idea soon after that
Only someone with this much power could make this many frittatas without breaking any eggs.

My point in that post was that you couldn't figure out who it was by looking at their posts, you could by narrowing it down

Well, the whole point was also that Posse could win with 10 men left standing (6 posse, hostage, 3 others). They were the biggest threat all along.
Gang won at 8 (5 gang, hostage, 2 others).
Bounty Hunter at 7 (himself, 6 others).
Hombre was just the obvious target, but the others could win before he did, if they played their cards right.
Moreover, to get a lynch, they'd either have to trick players from the other faction into voting for their own, or convince the Hostage to side with them.
The losing side would go more and more for stand offs and risks, which would aid the Hombre.

He didn't kill.
You'd shoot him only if he submitted a kill action, or a stand-off action that would cause him to fire.
You'd then shoot him BEFORE his action took effect.
Bert Hawkins (Serc)
Sniper:
Your weapon of choice is a rifle with tailored sights. Not much good in switching targets fast, but very good for focused fire. You cannot participate in stand-offs, but each night, you can target 1 player. If he takes an action or has his Mexican Standoff activated, you kill him before he shoots (those who have you in their list, will then shoot at you).

Well I think Stalker fucked himself over by missing the train. Now those 7 have been vindicated.
truer words have never been spoken.
I tried to get a provisional end to night since I knew I would be in class and I was giving credit to the others knowing that a lynch would occur to narrow down suspicon. But that would make me too powerful. Anyway, the game was fun.

I suppose I should apologize to ST for killing him... but this was before he showed up in thread.
so I regret nothing.

Apparently it wasn't enough to get off my list last game, you just couldn't stay away, so you are back on the list.

The problem is, anyone trying to lynch the posse would then have to admit they weren't posse.
And one wrong lynch of non posse would result in them then knowing everyone not on their team, as well as being unlynchable...

What, surely you don't dislike me for choosing to place the vote that decided the lynch on you instead of serc

No, but it would become fairly obvious to the posse, ok not everyone, but at least a couple of those not on their team.
