Second, I like the rule changes, it means players have to actually start playing properly as opposed to jumping on a speed lynch and grabbing points. Fuck knows, I have tried to accumulate APs left right and centre and none of my NAs are working and I feel that most players are probably having similar problems.
So with the change in system, it becomes a merc game, with the added bonus of players needing to hunt during the day for the overpowered players with all the APs. So I hope it works.
Thirdly, I know my idea is a little late, but I was thinking about these APs, why not give everyone an AP at end of day and then when you perform an NA you burn off the number of APs = the target has, but only if you succeed.
Example:

End of day:
I have 5 + 2 for lynch + 1 for day end. = 8
I target D'riss who has lets say 5 APs + 1 for day end = 6
I successfully learn about D'riss but am reduced to 2 Aps, i,e you have to take a risk when performing a action.
However:
Should D'riss have more Aps than me, my action fails and I lose the AP I gained come night start.
