Well, that's an interesting idea, it would come down to how much you trust your leaders to have planned ahead. I think that as long as we don't rush quickly to night, I would trust my leader(s) to have put an action in.

all I can do is trust that my leaders think of putting provisionals.
like I said, I dislike being unable to influence the game, but at this time there's too much risk of ruining it for my team if I act otherwise. '
voting night's the safest course atm. I will be sticking with it and i'll put my faith in my leadrship's wisdom.

He wants to wait, remember? For people to check in?

I don't think we should vote night until everyone has checked in and commented. I think it is the best way to go as well, but there might be someone else whose spotted a slip, or has a case etc.
Only problem would be if someone doesn't come by for another day or so, and we get close to the 36 hours. I guess having the day time out would be ok as well, but really boring.

well, modkill timer's gonna come back tomorrow, so that'll basically force people to be at least a little more active.

I'm also inclined to just let it go to Night - really, no train's going to pick up at this point.
But it's a little too early to vote for Night - it's definitely best to let people at least get their provisionals in, so as to end this game fairly, with everyone getting a chance to take shots. Whether my team wins or loses, that just seems right.

I find it very sad when the Mafia game is at the bottom of the new posts page. (Admittedly, only page one, but still!)

That's why I had to post. I couldn't see it go on page two! Just....I wouldn't have been able to handle it! *sobs*

Well I'm also here. I think going to night might be the best idea. Any trains at this point will either kill a random blackmask, or result in the teams being neatly outlined if someone starts a train on a leader.

If people are just going to vote for night everyday i will drop the day timer down to 24 hours to force things along.
Only someone with this much power could make this many frittatas without breaking any eggs.

Just checking in; I see no decisions/cases have been made.
I'd prefer to let the leaders sort it out overnight; otherwise everyone pretty much risks a 50/50 shot of hitting their own team with a lynch.
How much time do we have left before it times out?

Hmm...I can see the argument for just letting the leaders duke it out, but it still seems like the BMs should be trying to off each other at night too. If one side can gain an advantage in numbers at night, then during the day they can try to push for lynches during the day again and bring their advantage to bear.
Anyway, seems like noone wants to do anything today, so I'm going to
Vote Night

Hi all, I have a question, if say the first and third of Wind targets the first of Ice and the first and third of Ice target the first of Wind, what happens?
Just that if that becomes a standoff, then this could take a while because it means we are relying on the 7ths or the 1st and 3rds to find an opposing 3rd, which could take a while.
