No, this has come from from rather weird misinterpretation by Fener, which has me a little suspicious of him.

He somehow read my comment on Meanas's reveal to be about the Wind leadership (when I was talking about Ice) and how there must only be one Wind leader left (no idea where that came from) being the reason Meanas didn't die.

I then made the jump connecting Emu's reveal about his leader being dead and Fener claiming Wind has only one leader. This was kind of tongue in cheek, so don't put too much store by it.

It is not what you were talking about, but rather that you didn't consider Wind in your point that made me suspicious. It seemed very odd to me that when you made this statement:

Either Meanas is actually a fire leader and for some strange reason ice leaders did not decide to target him
*snipped alternatives*

you didn't consider the possibility of Wind targetting Meanas at all.

Oooo could you be subtly trying to signal that Emu is actually Wind given that he has claimed his first is dead?

Why would I be subtle?

Maybe because you are a leader and was responsible for the hit on Wind's first, and so know for certain that Emu is Wind, assuming Fire hasn't also lost its first, which is possible given they got decimated in the first two days and nights.

Therefore you don't want to be too brazen about it, because then you will be called out to explain how you know Emu is Wind.

Wait, what? That makes no sense whatsoever. If I were a Wind leader, why would I know for certain that Emurlahn is Wind?

Ampelas said:

Also, Fener, reply to my original point!

And which one would that be?

I am saying you aren't a Wind leader, but another leader who made the hit on Wind's first and thus connected Emu with Wind.

Go back and look yourself,it's just a page back, about two posts before the subtle signalling post; the whole misconception about you thinking any part of my reasoning meant I thought there was only one Wind leader left.

Edit: Corrected typo

are you suggesting Korlat was Wind's leader then?
since he's the only one Wind that got NK-ed

honestly, Amp, I don't hink oyu've thought this through much at all...

you have an hour to put in night actions.

I'm pretty sure we have a lynch timer ticking down, along with normal 1 hour nights, but nobody will be modkilled until Monday.

Ahh, crosspost with Amp. I knew I remembered correctly.

How do we know wind's first is dead again? Are you telling us you're wind ?

Edit: Pretty sure freeze is in effect.

I don't think we know anything, aside from the fact that one of Emu's leaders is dead.
to know which one it is for sure, I suppose we'd have to lynch Emu and take a gander at his CF.

I guess, but I am not convinced by his reveal, why would he willingly let us know his team is in a weak position? Does he want his team to be targeted or something?

you're asking me?
I still think he's Ice, btw, :(

Because like I have said before, Meanas was agitating for Wind to help in targeting Ice. Therefore, I guess I thought that since an Ice person did die, and Meanas didn't that Wind did decide to go after Ice and let Meanas live.

Lol like I said, all this was very tongue in cheek, I don't think Fener was subtly trying to signal anything. Just I got annoyed at his persistent misunderstanding of my posts.

In addition, I have no views as to Wind having lost a leader, that was all suggested by Fener

Actually this is interesting. Do you think it may be a slip? Saying this seems to imply that (s)he knows who the wind leaders targeted, and it was Meanas. So then the only way Meanas, a possible fire leader, didn't die is because the other first didn't target as well.

major crossposts

Link doesn't work for me...

Also, please can we stop this argument, I don't think you were signalling that Emu is Wind. Just annoyed that you somehow assumed I said you were a leader killing Wind's first meant you were a Wind leader?!

Ampelas, the point is that you did not consider the possibility of a wind leader attacking meanas; this leads people to believe you are the wind leader and therefore was the one who killed shadow. If you explained your reasoning about wind beforehand, this misunderstanding could have been avoided.

Edit: Emurlahn, night ended around 7 last night, right? So 13-14 hours.

That assumes that Shadow was killed by the Wind leaders. Possible, I suppose...but a serious leap to take on pretty filmsy grounds. Seems odd to me that you would make that assumption.

Actually, 21 hours remaining 5 hours ago. My bad.

So 16 hours left; day ends 11am Sunday.

Lots of crossposts.

Hmmm, I must second GL's question, since when did Meanas become, even a reliable source of information, let alone a confirmed leader?

@D'riss, I'm not sure. Like I said, its been close to a full day, but I don't remember any specific timing. I'll go check.

Huge crosspost.
