OK I'm back on and off for the evening shift. So, the case against me consists mainly of one ill-advised comment that is seen as distancing myself from team Fire and that Galain appears to be supporting me in one post, causing people to imagine that I'm a leader in team Fire. Assuming I am lynched today, the CF will clear me on both counts so I hope you all feel stupid afterwards. Put simply, I've been telling the truth as I see it the whole game so far. I don't see any questions directed at me or an actual case to respond to so I'll let you all get on with it.
I'll check the thread periodically in case something new comes up but for now I'll...

I don't really see how the CF would clear you as not being the leader. Since
Quote
The CF will reveal the school and the alt of the player killed.
It would clear me of being a leader in team Fire since the only evidence that I may be a leader is that Galain may have symped me with that one pseudo-supportive post and he was in team Fire. The CF will show that I am not in team Fire

I dunno, it's weird. My defence is basically believe me or don't believe me. I'm not a leader and I'm not on team Fire. Nobody's said that they think I'm a a leader in general for any specific reason, just that Galain's post made it look like I was his leader. I know that's false. If you genuinely think I'm a leader, then you should definitely vote to lynch me, I would do the same in your place. Since I'm not a leader, I'll try to be philosophical about being lynched. If I tried to alert my teammates to avoid the lynch, I think that's worse for the team in the long run so I've decided not to try it. I'm interested though...aside from Galain's comment, does anyone see anything leader-like in my posts? If you believe that I'm actually on team Fire then I guess there's nothing I can do to sway you, fair enough. But for those who aren't committed to that idea, what do you find suspicious about me? I'd like the opportunity to respond to something of substance

Anyway, it's Eddie Murphy: Delirious for me now

Theres also the fact that 2 people voted for you before you even posted, which could be possible signalling, although im less convinced on this score as I think it may be Tennes trying to give his followers a way to signal him

My eyes hurt from reading all this, and I have real-life stuff to attend to.
I'm thinking it'd be nice to get rid of Korlat, Kaschan, and Galain, just to cut down on the amount of posts, but I'm probably a bit biased from having so little time to play today.
Anyways, off to clear more snow ...
(My vote stands, of course)

After my re-read I came across this
Anybody else find this a little suspicious?
I think he has a total of 8 posts in the game, seems to be a leader in hiding to me.
That's one hell of a catch on Serc, Kesso. I have a hard time believing it coincidence. The three people Serc wanted dead are the three people who havedied so far.
just like you had a hard time believing dkt's "slip" was a coincidence?
seriously, am I the only one who thinks Tennes latches on to any "slip" he can see?

One point in HP's favour, I suppose, is that there really haven't been a lot of people rushing to his defence, which you'd have to expect if he were in fact a leader.

someone suggested that the teams should have been named "EARTH, wind and Fire"
I responded, that Ice is more deadly than earth. and gave an example.

Yeah, I know I said I dont think its likely as it really is a far too obvious bit of signalling and the fact that so far his train has been growing quite quickly with very little resistance, I was just commenting that the galain defense isnt the only bit of evidence against him.

Ok, I am back and it took alot of catching up so in order. HA! JA got dead! HA! Team fire killed him(Galain!). HA! Hood's path was distancing! HA! The thing were Serc said to kill all 3 of them is weird, but no way is there anyway for his team to have actualy done so, as no one knew anyone elses rank. And finaly BOOOO ANOMANDARIS!!! Hope everthing is alright, but BOOOO anyway!
Sorry about my absense guys, my net crashed, and my phone isn't really made for texting. I am here and off, but will be around periodically. Before I go I am going to
Vote Gay Lord
Just a hunch right now, but I think he is team fire, and was trying to make up for the DK, distancing technique. I see it as distancing since DK wasn't a noob, and am hoping we hit the fire leader or 3rd. Too many people put up a defense for him(JA) not to have been known. I may change, but right now, thats what I am seeing.

so, you're suggesting Grief was a moron blackmask who decided to get his leader lynched for fun, then?
that's provided JA was leader.

Iz thinking Rashan prbly just n00b sauce. Iz trying to distance from everybody, and make himself most acceptable target. WiFOM iz for teh Firsts to atk him and keep him safe from 7ths. iz prbly nothing, but I'll be watching him closely naow.
Rash is def not a noob, and probably one of the more logical, analytical players left in the game.
Well, I haven't seen a lot of posts from him, and don't feel like digging through 38 pages to find them. As I alluded too, wasn't really paying attention to him, so I didn't see a great deal to suggest to me that he was anything special. I remember hearing about RL issues, but that was it. Anything he's said that would lend credence to your statement would be much appreciated.
you know, by clicking on that dropdown thing next to the avi you can take a gander at all of his posts at once....

okay, I am caught up
i'm not too sure about HP at the moment. the evidence on him is weak and if he's Fire that was some real poor distancing.
one person that really stands out to me though is Tennes. He appears eager to jump on almost any train anyone else makes, and the train seems to swell soon after he voices his supicions.
he's been pushy and agressive all game, and I feel that he's a high-rank, hiding in plain sight.

Well, I might not be around for a while. Not sure, what to do. I don't think the HP case is that great as a leader for Fire or a leader at all.
So I am torn between Tennes and Rashan. Tennes is more unknown to me, but GL makes a good point about how the voting does seem to swell once he votes. Also note. He gets in on the trains early. possibly to signal his followers. A third is more likely than a first imo. Rash is a 50/50 for me with him being a probable black mask or a 7th. So for now
vote Tennes
I will be back before the lynch so I can move my vote around as necessary. I am not real confident about this one atm.

come to think of it, If Tennes is a leader, his day 1 accusations of all the people that didn't vote Kaschan make more sense.
Anyone that wasn't following him was likely not on his team, and by accusing them he'd be letting his own followers know exactly who to watch out for.

I'll have more to say in a bit, but to help you all out, here's the Kaschan lynch:
(tennes, shadow, galain, fener, kessobahn, meanas, liosan, serc, korlat, hoods path,
ampelas, gamelon, emurlahn)
And here's the current HP lynch:
(emurlahn, tennes, serc, meanas, fener, omtose)
So the people on both lynches apart from me are Serc, Meanas and Fener.
ETA: Oh, and Emur was on the HP lynch before me.
(tennes, shadow, galain, fener, kessobahn, meanas, liosan, serc, korlat, hoods path,
ampelas, gamelon, emurlahn)
