Though i'm not just siding with the mods because they're mods, I think that it was obviously a borderline discussion at best, so if asked to stop and warned, she should've.

To be frank, I am siding with the mods on this one frook. There is a long history of Terez being more than just a wee bit stupid. In the creation of the Higher powered thread, she continually spammed and flamed, to the point where Mal actually stepped in and called her an ignorant child after she refused several times to leave that thread alone. She just wouldn't stop. I think it was her lack of respect more than anything that got her banned.

Listen, I am not defending Terez. I have read the Code. I posted earlier that I knew that combing back under an alternate name after being suspended was a big-time No-No. I also posted that I knew that cursing while flaming was a No-No. I know that lots of people didn't like Terez's fairly brusque and risque demeanor. I'm not proposing I know the answers to the questions. I am merely pointing out possible underlying factors.

So is the "sex" topic just going to be a gray area where we will have to use our better judgment? If so, that is perfectly understandable. I just wanted clarification on the topic.

@Bent: I'm all against uniform bans on anything, let alone speech. I, also know, that outside of such a thing there will always be gray areas that need to be discussed.

Terez has been banned before and she showed no remorse, she's been warned and reprimanded so many times it's ridiculous.

The Mods that are around today are waaayyy more lenient than the Elder Ones. Terez would have been gone long ago if this had happened a year ago.

And you could see, with her returning under new alts, that she just couldn't get the point.

Me thinks a hard example has been made of Terez.

I'm also gonna miss her, but not the drama that came along with her presence.

@Frook, she pissed the entire staff off. You could get a petition signed by every forum member and it still wouldn't matter, at the end of the day we decided she had to go and it's going to stay that way.
