Yeah, pretty much any feasable question or topic you could imagine has been raised, discussed and answered/closed in the older book forums, but that doesn't mean that they can't or shouldn't be done all over again. We're not some library where you're not allowed to raise your voice. The book forums are for the new people and the confused. They should start a 47'th thread about who Traveller is or where the elder gods come from, because it's the lifeblood of the bookforums. New people raise old questions and come up with new angles and different understandings. If they're welcomed in, there's a bigger chance they'll stay in the long run.

That said, if someone asks a really complex or really stupid question I might still just post 3 links instead of answering it, sometimes it's hard to muster the strength to take the "ROFL DRAGNIPUR IS LIKE HEAVIER THAN YOUR MOM LOLZORZ!!eleventyone!1!!" seriously. At such times one should probably just not post.

Considering that one of my first posts after I came back was the word cunt in red, size 7, bolded, and filling about a page, and no-one cared at all, it's not so bad. It was at Brood, I think, so that might explain it.
