I'm still miffed that my testicle thread didn't survive you elitist bastards, and I were especially aggravated after I tried to talk about it in the discussion board and that also got shut down. Where of more than half a mind to go on a kiddyporn-trolling rampage after that, but I figured you weren't worth it. So no, we obviously haven't regressed enough.

Soooo, umm, you have alot of kiddie porn save on your comp for just such events?

If you can't don't feel badly about yourself. With my special training prgram, anyone can eat 100 elitist snobs in just 7 weeks.

Well, I certainly applaud anyone wanted to eat 100 elitist snobs, but take it from this old debutante rat, I've spent my entire life eating mansion owners, and a program like this one can do more harm than good.

If you only eat elitist snobs, one part of your body (and that's all a single wealthy-person type like elitist snobs is going to do for you), you're setting yourself up for injuries down the road. I've it a hundred times.

Elitist snobs basically only train the bowels and to some extent, the duodenum. What you really want to do is train your entire bodily-waste release system, all the major expulsion groups (armpits, gag reflex, urinary tract, nasal cavity and areolas) at the same time, over the course of a full filthy-rich cannibalistic orgy. So, you will need to add reclusive millionaires, soccer players and corporate CEOs. Ask for the "asshole smorgasbord" program.

I'm proud of you guys wanting to do this. Three cheers! Falling in love with eating athletes, WASPs, feminazis, etc. is one of the greatest things you can do for yourself. And you WILL fall in love with it if you can just force yourself to stick with it a year or two and experience the amazing progress you'll make.

But do it right, okay?

My advice, find any exclusive roof-top party near you, with qualified date-raping programs that will mix the ecstacy into the drink for you (especially in the beginning, until you get the hang of it yourself) and guide you in your quest for maximum networth digestion. Three to 5 millionaires a day, three days a week, is all you'll ever need to do (I refuse to believe anyone is so busy that he or she cannot make time for that, especially considering how important it is).

And don't worry about being embarassed or not being out of shape the first time you walk into the Debutante's Ball. You have to start somewhere and almost every one of us were there ourselves at one time. So no one will say anything to you and very, very quickly you will progress way beyond that stage anyway.

Now get out there are and cause a recession! :-)

Edit: aaand 20 minutes later Grief posts!

Bad alt, what you were meant to say was:

Well, I certainly applaud anyone wanting to eat 100 elitist snobs, but take it from this old Canibalism rat, I've spent my entire adult life eat elitist snobs, and a program like this one can do more harm than good.

If you only eat elitist snobs(and thats all a single human type is going to do for you), you're setting yourself up for injuries down the road. I've seen it hundreds of times.

Eating elistist snobs only trains the incisors, and to some extent, the molars. What you really want to do is train your entire chewing system(jaws, molars, incisors canines, salivary glands) at the same time, over the course of a elitist snob website consumption. So, you will need to break it down into pieces, getting progressively larger as you become accustomed to eating elitist snobs. Ask for the elitist website cannibalism program.

I'm proud of you guys wanting to do this. An entire snob! Falling in love with eating other people, etc, is one of the greatest things you can do for yourself. And you will fall in love with it. And you will fall in love with it if you can just force yourself to eat a snob a day, for a year or two.

But do it right, okay?

My advice, find any elitish, snobby book forum or group, near you, with a mod to help select a snob for you(particularly in the beginning, until you can recognize elitish snobs with more ease) and guide you in your quest for maximum meat consumption. Three to five people per week, 3 days a week(I refuse to believe that anyone is so busy that he or she cannot make time for that, especially considering how important it is).

And dont worry about being embarassed or not being out of place the first time you walk into an elitist book club, or forum members house. You have to start somewhere, and almost all of us were there ourselves at some point. So no one will say anything to youand very, very quickly you will progress beyond that stage anyway.

Or something like that.

Well I will admit that my behaviour in the Trickster is apalling, actually throught most of the Inn really! :) But it's all in good fun and we're all enjoying ourselves so to hell with elitist snobbery!

I do behave myself though when in the other forums and try to add responses that have some substance to them! :harhar:

I'll be honest in saying this... the Book Discussions are a little more lenient than they used to be. I was very careful about what I posted in those forums when I first came here. ESPECIALLY, with topic creation. I made sure it was a topic that hadn't been discussed, or if it had been discussed, to include it in the section where I was going to update the topic and theory in as related to the mos recent book.

People used to come in and crackdown right away: "this is being discussed 'here, here, and here.'

With the forum switch, that might have changed some... I haven't added a topic in the book discussion since then, but it sure seems that a hell of a lot of new topics are being introduced daily. I could just be wrong.

I think the removal of rep as a balancing act (in whether or not to post), actually has played some role in this, and since rep isn't allowed right now there isn't really anything we can do about it.

The whole "old topic learn to search, noob!" tendency mostly came from the oooold members. Grumpy old farts who forgot what the bookforums are for.

Yeah, pretty much any feasable question or topic you could imagine has been raised, discussed and answered/closed in the older book forums, but that doesn't mean that they can't or shouldn't be done all over again. We're not some library where you're not allowed to raise your voice. The book forums are for the new people and the confused. They should start a 47'th thread about who Traveller is or where the elder gods come from, because it's the lifeblood of the bookforums. New people raise old questions and come up with new angles and different understandings. If they're welcomed in, there's a bigger chance they'll stay in the long run.

That said, if someone asks a really complex or really stupid question I might still just post 3 links instead of answering it, sometimes it's hard to muster the strength to take the "ROFL DRAGNIPUR IS LIKE HEAVIER THAN YOUR MOM LOLZORZ!!eleventyone!1!!" seriously. At such times one should probably just not post.

EDIT: And Reputation hasn't been removed or is no longer allowed, Rep is not available in this version of the invasion board. No rep before v3.0

Well, I said it was that way on the old forum... so there has been a slight change.

As for the truly confused? Yeah, I think they should come in and post, since they usually do it within the first couple book threads and we can't explain half the stuff for spoilering anyways.

Maybe I am just being pedantic. I'll stick to my guns on Rep being the peer-review balancing act though, and I know there is nothing we can do for that as of now.

Book clubs sound fun!
I bet I can eat 100 book clubs...

Lol, thanks for starting that Bent.

In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

I thought it was an important remark that needed adressing.

You, sir, have given this forum more genuine belly-laughs than I can I count...

But, you're a mod now, and I will eat your soul while watching nazi hentai porn and feeding alka-seltzer to seagulls.

I also think that since we're so far into the series and most of us here are pretty die hard fans, we all get the books at pretty much the same time. Then there's a huge flurry as everyone talks about the new book in it's forum - theories abound, matters of awesomeness and obscurity are discussed, all the stupid questions are asked etc. Once everything has been discussed to death and we've decided exactly how much the timeline doesnt matter, 90% of the people retire to the inn to talk shit till the next book. So if we're not that well behaved at the moment it's prob just cos we did the serious bit a couple of months ago and now we're screwing around while we wait for DoD.

That theory is far too logical and therefore cannot be correct.

elitist?

we've been joking about Tiste being a corpse botherer for years....

we've oftentimes been incredibly spammy..... (see the nostalgia thread for a few references)

the only thing i can recall us ever being elitist about is Goodkind.

and that's a trait we share with most every other fantasy board i've visited, well, except Goodkind's, obviously.

After all, we aren't the original lemmings of discord by any means. Or the creators of the sword of truth parody site.
