yes, b/c if you think about it:
company recruits peter, he GAINS their winning condition.
EVEN if Sylar kills him right away, peter is not absorbed into Sylar, as per the rules. so, he retains the COMPANY
winning conditions.
I vig Sylar. if he has a BP, he uses it up. and we can lynch him later. if he doesn't have one, he dies
Company still needs to recruit the rest of us to win, but the two other sides have been eliminated.

yes, but if peter dies BEFORE he's captured, we CANNOT kill Sylar. Or peter will win. Since we're not killing Claire, as that would make Barg and Telas lose.

Also do we know if people keep the company victory condition if they escape? I wouldn't have thought they would to be honest.
