I would think that Sylar is able to kill Claire somehow, but she's probably immune to vig, although her power is the same as Adams so she may not be immune to killing.

and anyhow, we recruit peter, he needs to wait another night to escape, right.
if we recruit Peter tonight, I try to vig Sylar.
If i get him, tomorrow we lynch peter while he still has the company condition, before he escaped.
If I don't, the following night we recruit Sylar, Peter escapes.
the next day go to night
recruit Peter again, Sylar escapes, so, I use my last vig to kill him. lynch peter next day.
WIN.

Does he escape that night?
The next day?

If we capture petrelli, he protects claire, I let petrelli die, we kill sylar next day, does that work?
Cause claire couldnt die, sylar would be dead next day/that night by vig, and peter would have company win conditions.

I would assume he can't "escape in advance"
i.e., he can only escape the night AFTER he was captured.
he can't escape tonight, b/c he's not captured yet... I would think.

oh, right, he still has that virus... well shit, thean we DEFO must capture him, b/c Sylar doesn't even need to kill him, he can just let the virus take him
