As for the pictures thingy, can anyone tell me if I understood right?

Here goes:

Serc as the name of a Heroes character that can read the future.
Gem tells him what he's allowed to tell us
He's telling it to us in pictures , UB-style.

Is that what he claims? Does that make sense TV show-wise? What the hell is "the future", provisionals? When does he get the info, as soon as Gem receives the provisional from a night-action player?

apparently in the show he (Isaac) is a slightly mental bloke who paints prophetic paintings
translating into gam mechanics, he gets "visions" from Gem and has to express them. I'm assuming these "visions" come from provisionals, although they could be some scripted events..

Anyways. It's good that you are here, Fener, for I've been playing with the thought of arguing that we should lynch you or Mockra, if we decide to lynch anyone. Since you're here we can discuss it.

Basically, my argument is that the way you jumped up defending Mockra makes you a likely candidate to be his partner, or his friend as discussed earlier regarding likely roles knowing of each other.

Sylar would not have a friend to defend him like that. And Peter as we've argued in all probability does not know who Claire is, even if she could know him. That should mean that you'd be a safe lynch in regards to one day victories.

I basically think it'd be good for us to narrow the playing field a little, and any new information now is good information.

The question in essence is why you were so quick to jump up in defence of Mockra when there really was no reason to. Mockra clearly overreacted badly to a mistake he himself made, yet you defended him very one sidedly. Why?

Well that serc thing is interesting. looks like it is Gem sending the pictures, whether its provisional or just a way to mess with us without them really meaning much is hard to tell at this point so i think i'l let it slide for now and see if anything comes of them.
To be honest i can't quite see how you would integrate a person whose power is to paint the future into a mafia game.
Noone else seems to have done much other than general day one randomness, apart from a weird argument appearing between mockra and serc.
Feners comment about winning conditions doesn't strike me as that odd as it does seem pretty convoluted with all the different factions and sub factions around.
