we discussed this earlier, to go to night, you need half or more players to vote night. to lynch you need a majority!
which means they need an inno to vote night to win.

Strangely enough the lack of lynch on day 2 seems to have helped the innos

The case against him I see is:

5) Suddenly, when I said he was posting a lot and symping JA, Silencer stops posting so much and is now trying as hard as he can to prove that he isn't JA's symp.

Too bad he is talking to one other killer. He is top dog now that JA is away for today. DKt on his phone and still not realizing how dangerous JA has been to him this far, may disagree, so I don't see him getting a lynch, but I think the killers may sweat a bit now.

RE the night-issue:
I had a quick look at MafiaScum's rules on voting for night, they use a majority. (Not that that says a lot, they also lock threads at night).

I think 50% on even numbers and 50% rounded up on uneven isn't all that bad. We've used "killers win if they ever tie with the town" since I started play in 25 and probably earlier, too.

Scum being able to force night earlier than having a tie would break that balance, imho.
