I don't want to give the killers a fee night, so put them on a weekend freeze with 4 hours remaining and tell them the timer will resume at noon GMT Monday. That should be fair. My concern was that most people will have trouble voting(like DK etc.) so go ahaed and tell them the freeze will start in 45 minutes and if no lynch happens until moday the timer will resume with 4 hours. However if they do lynch over the break night will happen and then day will resume under the freeze with 24 hours starting at noon GMT monday. cool? Thanks

Some comments, I meant no offense to anyone or their games or mistakes therein. I had just noticed that last few games it was happening, and I was hoping Dibs could give some advice to everyone being the experienced mod that he is so we can improve a little.


I don't mind unbalanced games, or hard to win its just sometimes its deflating to read spoilers and see how its ended up.

Part of it is, we are always trying new games, new roles and seeing how they go which of course very much effects game balance, I was just pointing it out so that hopefully people can just think a little more and take care etc. Didn't mean to critisise, merely improve us

On the fun thing, I have enjoyed all the Mafia games i've been in, ouside a couple when I've been too busy to contribute to them. I think the competitive element is part of that fun, if there was no competition I don't think it would be anywhere as enjoyable, after all its a team game and your trying to get your team to win. The social/personality side of the people and the comadarie formed is icing on the top. (The Mafia crowd is a pretty enjoyable crowd to be in)



@Bent, I do have a game on the list, JA is my co mod. I'd like to say it'll be simple and perfectly balanced, but its actually an excuse to test some of the different roles that we don't normally use. I can guarantee you the balance will be off a little but i'm interested to see how a couple of the roles play out.

Look for it soon, its going to have a Halloween/Horror theme...

@Veng, despite the fact our clients are morons they seemed to have pulled their heads in wasn't too bad all things considered. Hows it your end? To be honest I kind of like the market like this for me personally... its a great way to make money if you can pull it off.

And then mine, hopefully, for it is tuned and ready to go and I've got ideas for other games too, but want only 1 of my game plans on the mod thread at a single time.
Have to remark, my game still stands in 2 spots: somewhere below Yellows and somewhere amongst the other Xs that haven't got a time indication yet.
