Ahh a video, I'll have to check it out later. No speakers at work.
QUOTE (Stalker @ Jan 23 2009, 01:09 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
So last night I was walking downtown for some pizza at like 1am with some friends of mine,
and someone said, "I'm so hungry I could eat a whole pizza."
I said, "I bet I could eat 100 pizzas," and no one understood me. I was sad.

Hah, that was pretty funny. I can't really say he's not right, but I got this game for Christmas and I'm having a blast with it. It's addictive and fun and easy enough that a mediocre gamer like myself has no problem advancing.
Also got Alone in the Dark, which is fun but I don't like the controls and I'm not really into 1st person, and the 3rd person is pretty fixed camera-wise. Still, I think it's pretty good stuff. The different forms of gameplay keep it interesting enough.
EDIT: I also don't like the lack of a proper jump button in Fable. I like to jump, dammit. Give me a jump button; let me explore the world on my own terms, bastards.

thread necroo...
..but only cos I just only just got this. I got Fallout 3 instead when it was released, and sort of forgot about this one.
Quite enjoying all the choices and variety so far, and it makes a change to not be in a grey post-apocalyptic wasteland.
It's a bit obvious that if I run through all the quests one after another it will be finished soon, so I'm doing the smaller ones and exploring and buying up stuff instead. I got stuck in some scenery once and had to reload, but that's the only problem so far... and the fact that the map is small and doesn't have any place-names on it.
Fun so far though!

So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

Do yourself a favor, and do every single side quest and guild job, otherwise it's over way too soon.

That's pretty much how I play anyway. (I finished most of the quests in Oblivion before I got even part way into the main quest; I don't think I even finished that though as I was bored by then. Stupid levelling).
I like the way my businesses are making money while I'm not playing!

If you don't use LIVE (on Xbox), you can set your date/time and have instant millions. XD
Or you used to be able to.
