Coming out next week.

Anyone picking it up? Got Live? I'm probably going to try to give it a go on co-op after a run-through, any Malazites want to nerd it up together?

So last night I was walking downtown for some pizza at like 1am with some friends of mine,
and someone said, "I'm so hungry I could eat a whole pizza."

I said, "I bet I could eat 100 pizzas," and no one understood me. I was sad.

Not sure if I will pick it up the week it comes out, the two weeks after Fable 2 have Fallout 3 and Gears 2. But right now I am enjoying the Pub games and will certainly play Fable some point soon

I bought an Xbox 360 so that I could play this game. I am a loser. Though I only paid £60.00 for it.

I am not sure if the co-op will be activated for awhile yet.

Yes. Yes you are. :)

Didn't like the first Fable, nothing in this one appeals to me either. Linear (and no, the good/evil choices in the first don't count as non-linear, it's still the same quest line), your character can grow horns (wtf?), there's no real depth....I could go on. But I won't.

Afraid I'll just be disappointed, happened to every single Molyneux game I played.
The same thing actually goes for Fallout 3... my expectations of that game are so high that they just can't be made true.

Yeah. I'm a bit concerned. But I suppose one just needs to put aside the hopes, and enjoy the game for what it is (it's what I had to do with Oblivion, tbh, as it was weak compared with Morrowind...but a good game in it's own right).

Wow: Wotlk.
COD5:WaW.
Fable2
Gears2
Fallout3
Monster Hunter World Iceborne: It's like hunting monsters, but on crack, but the monsters are also on crack.

Well considering this should be everything that Fable was supposed to be, I'm thinking it'll be pretty amazing. They're saying co-op should be activated within the first week, that's why I'm waiting for my second go around.

It's a little weird how the game doesn't ship with co-op... I'm not quite sure what that says about it, but I still expect it to be a good game.

I got a free pre-order on this with my new xbox that I bought as a replacement for my old one that broke... fiver off, so not bad. Was a bit disappointed with the first one, truth be told, but hopefully this will be good, it's fairly hyped...

Imma get it probably the second day when they drop the price.

I really shouldn't as I have NO money to spend on games. But this, Gears of War 2 and Fallout 3 are musts for me. I'll go hungry if it means I can play them straight away. :p

Yeah well my next list of games is...

Empty. :p

I currently am not in possession of a next gen console.

I am also not in possession of a next gen playable pc.

But I might get WotLK. Just got a free month of wow so playing it for the time being. Sadly enjoying it so far.

Fable 2 got 9/10 in Edge, which for a magazine that smells it owns farts is a very respectable score and there might be something to the whole Fable 2 thing. Oh and Molynex said that he knew Fable one was flawed and has fixed it this time round, so no stupid doing the deeds in my knickers to get more stuff this time round...maybe.

I prefer RPG's with a story and good gameplay, and perhaps some depth.

I'll play fallout instead. :p

What Osric said.

Fable is not an RPG. Not really.

Well honestly, what doesn't look good this holiday season... there is like one game each week for the next 2 months that I want to get.
Going to end up buying Gears 2 and Fallout 3, but there are so many good games.

So I picked it up. Put it in, and the disc didn't work. So I take it back and the guys tells me my xbox fucked the disc so he can't take it back. Which is complete bullshit. EBgames is a cunt factory.
