Did St Kilda even turn up to play? It's like they decided to replay last Saturday's match until half time after which they would just not bother. 1 goal 9 behinds is nothing short of appalling.

Utterly ridiculous. They've handed Collingwood a Grand Final on a silver platter! We'll never hear the end of it. I can hear Loki's smug satisfaction from here...

Hopefully she'll get most of it out of her system by the time I get home in December.

But then again knowing her, probably not. :)

I'm rooting for your marriage, Ray! Hope everything works out:) Maybe it's just a little rougher than usual patch?

I don't know. I'm very confused right now.

At times like this Ray, I think it's best to wear your heart on your sleeve, try your best to articulate exactly how you feel and try not to be a drama queen (difficult in these situations! Or at least it is for me :) ). No point keeping things to youself or you will regret it in the long run. It applies if you're the one wanting to go or the one wanting to stay. Heart on the line, remember you can't make someone feel what you want them to and things do always get better eventually regardless of the shit you have to go through to get there.

I attended a Mormon wedding last evening. Despite, or perhaps in spite, of it being a dry wedding, I now have one of the worst hangovers of my life.

Drinking beer in the parking lot of a Mormon temple was a proud moment for me.

It has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the most powerful force on Wu is a bunch of messed-up Malazans with Moranth munitions.

The fucking Jaguars? I'm seeing red.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....
