Don't worry AIJ, there are heaps of people around until at least 8 or 9pm, so unless you anger a mob of them, you should survive :)

It has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the most powerful force on Wu is a bunch of messed-up Malazans with Moranth munitions.

Basically, you should be able to expect a certain level of respect and care from someone you are with. If you can't get that respect and care, it's time to move on, no matter how much it hurts. Good luck man.

Good day ruined by a thoroughly shite hour of being home. Can't stand living back with family again, it's driving me mental.

So. November 15th is my last day in the Navy. I'm considering the Army, if nothing but for the benefits to my 4 year old son for the 10 more years to retirement. I could have put up with the time alot better were it not for my wife (who wants nothing more than to be my ex-wife these days) making the executive decision to move from here (South Carolina) to Washington State with nothing but my son and enough to fit in the car. No plans but to get far enough away and for reasons I can't fully wrap myself around right now. I could understand this kind of treatment if I had cheated on her but I didn't. It's kind of bullshit and I suffer for her attempts to be happy again. That's the rough summary of what's messing with my groove today.

I have a zit under one of my sideburns. OH THE HUMANITY! My problems are so dire...

Then again, maybe I could pop it and use the pus to style my bangs. Or, wait... WAT!? :p :lol:

@Arthur Dayne
Well, that certainly beats my gripe about having to go back to work in a few days. :lol:
Commiserations dude, hope you can work something out, especially for your sons' sake.

BTW, how come you're leaving the Navy, but considering the Army? Different mandatory retirement ages?

Worry not, never underestimate the power of a bucket of gin, a scotch egg and a day-off to recharge the batteries of our esteemed doctor lady.
