My friend came to stay a couple of weeks ago and has one of those machines. We were all laughing at it and she says it's a pain in the arse but has transformed her life. She has suffered from depression for years but after the sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment she feels a million times better and is on a lower dose of anti-depressants.

Looks like I cannot read my legally purchased Google Play books, downloaded in epub-format, in Moon Reader on my phone. F*ck you, Google. Google's own eReader app is fine for short stuff, but at ~2000 pages, it's an eyesore.

Sleep is key. I got a ton of clients with chronic pain that disturbs sleep, and that's the biggest factor in people developing depression, which is ridiculously had to climb out of.

I'm moving to Ireland in early October for a new job and I'm scared shitless, it's the first time I'm leaving hometown for more than a month. Don't really know anyone in Dublin. Also, I was supposed to go to US for the last week of September for my onboarding, but realized my passport has expired and I'm not sure I will be able to renew a passport AND get a visa on time.
