I have to go in for a sleep study tonight to check for sleep apnea, which I probably have, which means I will need a cpap machine. The good thing I guess is that it's one more thing that is wrong with me with the same solution, be less fat.

My friend came to stay a couple of weeks ago and has one of those machines. We were all laughing at it and she says it's a pain in the arse but has transformed her life. She has suffered from depression for years but after the sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment she feels a million times better and is on a lower dose of anti-depressants.

There are different types of masks, some cover the mouth and nose, some just the nose, others basically just stick into your nose.

Thanks for the support everyone.

Two weeks to the sisters wedding

At the minute it's looking like the whole thing could be called off

Massive rows today, out of nowhere.
Don't know if it's wedding pressure or what

Looks like I cannot read my legally purchased Google Play books, downloaded in epub-format, in Moon Reader on my phone. F*ck you, Google. Google's own eReader app is fine for short stuff, but at ~2000 pages, it's an eyesore.

Sleep is key. I got a ton of clients with chronic pain that disturbs sleep, and that's the biggest factor in people developing depression, which is ridiculously had to climb out of.

Good on you, RLY for being proactive. Yeah, it may seem embarassing, but if you can sleep properly, your whole life changes.

Need to vent.
I'm moving to Ireland in early October for a new job and I'm scared shitless, it's the first time I'm leaving hometown for more than a month. Don't really know anyone in Dublin. Also, I was supposed to go to US for the last week of September for my onboarding, but realized my passport has expired and I'm not sure I will be able to renew a passport AND get a visa on time. This 'new job' thing is off to a great start...

Just found that they do a Mu-12 nendoroid figure and I WANTS IT. But it looks like one of those things that's become super rare now so I may have to bide my time.

Not as bad as you got in LA, but that string of rain heading NE has been hitting us for 4 days now.
