Went to buy cigarettes t'other day in asda and got asked for ID.
Now some people may find this a flattering experience.

I find FUCKING FRUSTRATING to say the least.
I kid you not.
I could quite happily burn down every soul-poisoning, shite-peddling asda to the GROUND man. Serious. I was so pissed off, in case you couldn't guess.
Today I find out, that asda have a 'challenge 30' policy running on tobacco products.
This has the multiplication effect on my anger.
I'm legally old enough to buy cigs by 14 years, and yet because I look like a young man and not an old bastard with wrinkles and an 'aged' complexion I'm not allowed to buy them. Seriously! How many 20-30 year olds who are legitimately able to buy, and require, cigarettes are going to be stumped by this? Fucking loads, that's how many! Aaaaaggggh!!!!
I hope the ancient, haggard, wretched and nasty jumped up fucking jobsworth at the counter gets chronic, unceasing and crippling ear ache for the rest of her short and worthless life.
Fuck you nanny state.

Either increase your minimum age for tobacco products or challenge 16/18 (whatever it is now). You can't have a limit of 16 then refuse to sell to anyone under 30!!!!!!!!!!

So in other news after I lost my 20 hours on Skyrim (I hadnt even visited more than 2 cities was just concentrating on Whiterun and the magic college) I started again. I always go a mage in any game that allows and was really looking forward to the dual casting etc, but I decided to go a woodelf archer this time. Im actually enjoying it alot more than I thought using stealth and stuff and think its more challenging. So atleast ive took it on the chin ;)

Finally work up the nerve to tell one of my best friends how I truly feel about her and she shut me down hard. Normally I'd just suck it up and go on with things, but she'd led me on this time. I'm sorry if seeing her four or five times a week, having her cuddle up to me in bed, and then having her kiss me kinda gave me the idea she was interested. I think my favorite was she told me that she just wasn't ready to get into anything but then told me she was trying to figure out what to do about her feelings for this other guy. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU! Angry Kitsu is very very angry.

Yup, like most guys I've been there, and Gothos is dead right. She may not have been doing it intentionally, but she is just using you to feed her ego while she either works out what she wants to do about the Outlaw Biker, or works up the ego/guts (which by the way you are feeding) to boink the Outlaw Biker. If you don't shut her down in return, she will come crying to you every time this happens and the cycle of co-dependance will repeat ad nausaum ad infinitum. At least now she knows where you stand so she can't delude herself about what she's doing to you any more.
Cut her from the team bro', don't go out of your way to communicate with her (I call it being "distantly polite") and only hang out with her if it's in a group. Take off and nuke those former feelings from orbit - it's the only way to be sure.

Won't be able to see mah Craigslist-ordered girlfriend for a while, and am getting worried about what's going to happen between us when school starts again :/ I like her a lot a lot a lot a lot, and don't want anything bad to happen between us because of school keeping us apart.

It's not just that she'll keep using you - if you keep with her, feeding your hopes, you'll never meet a nice new girl, or even notice one that's already there. It's like you've been sprinting behind someone in a crowd - you now need to stop right there and take a look around to see where the hell you are right now.
If she calls you out on this, just tell her that you owe it to yourself to start living your own life instead of living hers.

Addendum: it may hurt like hell at first, but soon you'll feel liberated. If you play your cards right with this, it might even be one of, if not, the best thing that ever happened to you.

Do not try and preserve the friendship. Do not hold out hope. Do not play the 'be there for her' game. Bail. Be civil. Be polite. Be spending your cuddle time elsewhere.

As an aside, i'm a complete opponent to the 'just tell her how you feel' thing when it comes to dealing with friendzoners. Either you pursue romantically, or you do not. If your feelings change, then your actions have to follow suit. If you're in the dreaded zone, a sudden 'confession' does nothing but ensure a fast trip from the friendzone to awkwardville.

Abyss beat me to this, since this is almost ALWAYS what happens in such scenarios. Her "using of you" is so deeply rooted that if you found good lovin' elsewhere she would immediately become jealous rage monster. It won't be pretty and you'll need to be prepared for it when it comes, and it will come.
