GF's credit card got scammed by someone...she luckily logs into her banking on a daily basis, so she noticed when only $800 had been spent without her knowing (could have been much worse), but it's still identity theft and it still made her feel like crap. I had it happen to me years ago (people stole $10,000 from me), and I can sympathize...but as a guy I want to find the person or people who did it and introduce my fist repeatedly to their face/junk.

Stealing someone's Credit or bank account money is one of the lowest effing things a person can do.

I hope people like that have karma rip a hole in their ass.

Sales woman at my office is behaving like a (insert expletive words I can't use because they are too offensive here). I was just talking to our estimator in her office for a minute or so and this sales bitch comes in once, and then comes in again a minute later (at which point I leave to go to my office) and tells the estimator that she "shouldn't have time for idle chit chat"....

fuck you lady...we were talking for all of one minute.

God, this woman pisses me off. I bring her proofs and files all the time and do you think she ever THANKS me for doing it? Nope.

I had that happen to me once, the day of an exam, (I show up late, and my professor, who I was best buddies with, asked me if I had an excuse, and I said my identity had been stolen, cue laugh, let me stay late). They had drained my checking account, which was set to overdraft into my savings, which was set to overdraft onto my credit card. So I suddenly had negative money in all my accounts and cards.

I too had my card scammed one time just before a Manc Malaz meet. They phoned me up at 8am and asked me if I had been on certain websites, none of which I recognised. I asked them what the sites were. "The first one is a greeting card company" to which I replied "nope, I don't buy greeting cards."
He then said "and the second one is an adult entertainment website, sir"
"Definitely not!" I exclaimed shocked. It wasn't til afterwards that I realised what I should have said is "Definitely not! I know where to get all the free stuff so why would I pay for it??"

Anyways messing with my groove are pretentious & haughty old women who think they know how to do my job (despite many indications to the contrary) who want my help and then refuse to play ball from their end, and make me come home nearly 2 hours late...

Groove is messed because this day is going to suck. I have ten hours worth of work, seven hours to do it in and no flexibility on deadlines. If you read something in the news about some Canadian dude somewhere spontaneously combusting and i never re-appear, think well of me.

On the bright side i've got a serious coffee going, a pile of leftover pizza for later, it's snowing and i'm wearing sunglasses. Game on.

A First World Problem, of course, but the new YouTube design is bugging me.
It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly; who errs and comes short again and again; because there is not effort without error and shortcomings; but who does actually strive to do the deed; who knows the great enthusiasm, the great devotion, who spends himself in a worthy cause, who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement and who at the worst, if he fails, at least he fails while daring greatly. A customer sent a nearly 700 Meg file over goddamned YouSendIt...which has been downloading for the last 5 hours at like 20-40k/sec..and that, of course, slows down EVERYTHING else I am doing on my computer today. If they'd have put it on our FTP site, I'd have had the damned thing in a matter of minutes.
