But now it's come back, and it feels different. You know that feeling you get before you yawn? That sort of deep breath, you can kinda feel it in the back of your throat/head or something. Now I've constantly got that feeling. Is this just the result of long-term fatigue or is it something else? (For those of you who know).
If it is exam time and you are working hard and a bit stressed out, it could just be fatigue and/or stress. I used to get it during undergrad exams and the symptoms are different for everyone. I got run down (stomach upsets and bad skin and stuff), one of my friends used to start losing skin from his hands, it was really weird! If you plan on going to uni, get used to it and learn how to manage your own brand of it. During exam times eat well (make an effort to have breakfast if you usually skip), get enough sleep (i.e. don't dick about with your work and be forced to do all nighters regularly - sometimes exam schedules make it unavoidable though), don't drink alcohol, cut down on caffeine in the afternoon and evening, get out from under your books little and often, that kind of stuff.
