I know that it's a stupid thing to complain about...but I'm bored. I tried staying at school past hometime to get more work done, and I did. But I still have so much junk time. :) Oh, and I got reneged on with a sweet deal. Damn parents.

Work. Somehow. A combination of morally questionable things I have to do, lack of respect and low pay is making me Hulk-level angry. I'm dying to kick someone in the ribs and smash their face. I need a way to vent all this frustration but there's nothing.

Actually, that was my initial plan, but they won't let me. Damn :)

Anyway, I'll see how it goes, I want to keep that job in any case. I also finally have got all the papers I needed. Took me only three walks to the community center to get my tax card with my name written properly, my totally non-exotic given name, no less. Thinking positively.

One of my roommates is starting to annoy the shit out of everyone in the apartment. He's like a child that you can't give a time-out to because he pays a quarter of the rent. And because he's stoned.

I just cannot deal with this kid.

Discovered that a girl I was eying is seeing someone. Luckily I haven't made any moves.
Still it's fucking annoying when this happens. Because it seems to happen a lot.

Asked this girl out...been working up to it all week. Figure that the Cup Day long weekend will make it a shoe-in.

Wrong. Her schedule is packed.

I tried to take it with good grace, but I'm just getting sick of this. I look forward to this, hope that it works, and my hopes are dashed instantly. I could ask her out in a few weeks after exams are over, but what's the point? Probably just get turned down again.

If their schedules are packed but they are interested, they will immediately come back with a counter-offer. If they don't, then they aren't interested. Move along, nothing to see here.

I haven't seen the GF for a couple of months now, and won't until around December 10th. :)
At least moving back to Brisbane will be a hell of a lot closer to Canberra, and only one 90 minute flight instead of that flight plus a layover of indeterminate length and another 4 hour flight.

Considering I've known the girl all of 18 days it's not a lack of moves that hurt me here.
