I love this. Not. My current departmet head loves to demand I do the opposite of what she previously told me to do, and I am expected to be able to know that, somehow. Then I get a dressing down because I never communicate with her (which is bullshit, I send her emails for every little thing, only to be looked at like I'm an idiot), even though she never bothers to communicate what she wants, never mind not proof-reading her e-mails. Everyone if the company agrees that's bullshit, but she's been there the longest.
Right, messing with my groove RIGHT NOW is that I ordered a book at the start of February, and I have yet to set my eyes upon it. When it was supposed to arrive, I knew I wouldn't be home and rerouted it to the neares post office, AS I ALWAYS DO, only for the parcel to go missing. Like, the online status would tell be 'Yo, you better come and get yout shit within the week', and I'd go there and get told 'Nah, it ain't here'. The fourth time I went to the post office, this bastard of a clerk told me to my face that it's my own damn fault that my parcel went missing because I decided to use a service of their company. After all, the parcel would've endet up at the post office anyway if I hadn't been home. Like, sure, it's betetr to waste the time of the delivery guy and make him climb the three flights of stirs to my door only to leave a piece of paper that my parcel is being dropped off at the ost office. Aaaanyway, by that point I was pissed and my parcel should've been on it's way back to the seller because the collection date had passed days ago, so I asked the amazon seller I bought the book from to file for an ivestigation with the delivery company (DHL, looking at you there), and lo and behold, my parcel found itself a day later, only to be shipped back to the seller. Except it has vanished again just two days later and has been in poof nowhere for the past two weeks AGAIN.
I mean, I understand that sometimes issues happen, but how difficult can it be? And DHL have removed all contact information from their website (not difficult to guess why, considering their inability to deliver anything properly), except a phone number where one can listen to the charming automatic voice repeat the same shit that I can already look up online.
And I though the fact that they suddenly couldn't locate my adress on the town's main thoroughfare anymore was the height of idiocy.
