You have my sympathy, I hate those. Usually come for me from eating an excess of citrus (or stress). Ugh, not fun.

Yeah, that'll do it too.
Why does hot sauce have to be SO delicious?!
My tip, which is helpful, but not much. A glass of the hottest water you can tolerate mixed with a bunch of salt. Gargle near the site of the ulcer. It will relieve the site for a few hours. That's the best I've ever come up with to deal with it.

You ever listen to Amon? That's me after I do as you're suggesting. Fuck me sideways with a pneumatic drill but that hurts.

Scrape a lichen off a rock and pack your cheek with it.

Are you upset because your uppers are too muscular or you're calves are underdeveloped?
Because calves are tooooough. And joining a gym just for calves would be pointless. There's basically a few variations of the same exercise- calf raises. And use heavy weight, light weights and calf training dont mix. Theyre used to light weight training, its called walking.

I cut my nails multiple times a week because I have to in order to grapple with others safely, but I did that even before. Long nails really freak me out and that was true even before the jiu jitsu made trimming them regularly a mandatory thing.
This came into play with a Nepali ex who stuck to the possible trend of growing only the big toe's nail out to an extent that most people would be offput. The other nails would be trimmed as normal. She didn't understand why I would ask her to trim after night time kicks and why I got kind of skeeved out looking at them, but she accommodated me most of the time.
Now my sister in law does the big toe too and since I ain't married to her, I say nothing and let her and my brother do as they will.
The weird thing is that they don't grow out their fingernails. Just those two big toes.

It's a cleansing kinda pain.
Corsodil is the best though and hurts less but can leave quite a tangy taste in the mouth for hours.

Have the week off work and got a call from my boss to let me know she has quit and might not be there on Monday when I get back. This is a bit shit what with a year off for maternity leave coming up and I would go for her job if I wasn't pregnant. Plus it's a really dodgy time for my department and this is going to destabilise it further. All a bit crazy. Not to mention she's the first boss I have had who I genuinely like and enjoy working for. Balls!!
