dodging my fucking questions
its a simple question. if there was no money in my account, why the FUCK did the atm spit it out at me? if it had sadi no I would have realised my boss hadn't paid me.
Fuck you HSBC, I will fight this 100 quid bullshit charge for our 'informal overdraft' that I didnt fucking want.
There's a reason I quid banking with HSBC, they're absolute c***s. When I finished uni my student account with them was turned into a graduate account, overdraft withdrawn etc which was fine as that account was just out the overdraft by this point, although had been into it in Feb/March as you'd expect before the next student loan dose came in. Now, because it was a graduate account, they switched my statements to once every 3/6 months without telling me. I had a direct debit go out that took me into the overdraft I no longer had, they didn't write to tell me because they had done so 5 months before when it was still a student account and I didn't get a statement for a few months. Tried to use the account, problem at cash machine. Went in and asked, no idea from the people on the desks, got the manager out who looked into it and said that because I was into the overdraft I no longer had and had been for 2 months, my account was suspended. Despite them not giving me my usual monthly statement, nor warning that I was below £0. I took my nice big ISA straight out the door and I'm never going back.
Nationwide all the way these days, never had the slightest issue with them.
£100 is a lot worse than when I was with them, it was £20 a pop then which was still extortionate to my mind.
