Started watching the first episode of season 2 ...I've really enjoyed it up until now despite it not being my usual cup of tea but I'm worried about the direction the story is going and the future quality of the writing. I'll give the first few episodes of season two a fair go tomorrow and hopefully find enough reasons to keep going.
I struggled a bit in S2 (especially with one REALLY irritating plotline, but overall the good outweighed the lame.

Edit: And the season two title sequence - wtf? Please tell me they get rid of the 80's daytime tv inspired beginning. Days of Our Lives meets the A-team.

They don't.
I dunno about your broadcast region rhulad but in mine they cut the narration within two eps and then cut the whole thing way shorter pretty quickly due to near universal hate.

Well I haven't watched the last couple episodes yet, so it may have changed since. Hopefully it did cause they were fucking awful.

Being unfairly put in the middle of a family squabble.
It fucking sucks.

Yeah, I'm okay. Business as usual at home. Lots of screaming and throwing things. I just happened to not get any breakfast nor time to prepare lunch because of that and was pissed about it, what with a long day at work on the horizon and stuff..
I'm open for suggestions on how to move out without having any money...

Kinda fell down the stairs a little bit this morning (curse that moment of weakness when I decided to wear those heels instead of sensible flats like I usually do!). Thought I might have twisted my ankle, but after about half an hour it felt okay, so I went in to work anyway. Six hours later and my ankle feels fine but my foot is killing me. Can't walk on it without pain, even curling my toes hurts.

@BK - Yeah, it's beginning to sort itself out and I was removed from the "middle" as the person who put me there realized it was unfair to do so. Thx tho!

Tried to kiss a girl, who I work with, to the response of No. Fair enough I suppose. On the upside at least I tried with someone I actually like, even if we were both fairly drunk.

Do we have matching fractured toes?

I hurt mine over two weeks ago and it still hurts like mad, especially if I try to curl my toes.
Unfortunately, unless you have done serious damage there's not much a doctor can do about it.
HUGS!

Blizzard and thunderstorm has caused a fairly large power outage in the surrounding area. I can't sleep without background noise (generally a running fan or heater), so I'm going to be up all night, bundled up in blankets and waiting for the power to come back on.

Winter storm Draco?
Yup. In the middle of Iowa, near Des Moines.

That winter storm the middle of the country got that came this way that I was hoping was going to give me a white christmas instead decided to drop rain and nothing else. If I could nuke the sky I would. Good thing nuclear weapons are illegal in this country for civilians.
