What's making me happy right now is my very petty nature. I am reading the various write ups the day after MIAMI lost the NBA finals to DALLAS and seeing LeBron James and his crew getting ripped is very satisfying.

For such a smug bunch of prima donnas to surrender so meekly in the end was great. As i said, I know it's petty of me, but it's oh so enjoyable.

Listening to trance music while running statistical analysis on my first PhD experiment, especially when the statistics are turning out well.

Cool. I hope it works out well for you.

What's making me happy right now? A nice hot cup of coffee in a bloody cold flat. Mmmmm, caffeine and warmth. A great combo.

:p :p :p

I will celebrate 'International Celebrate Loki's Birth' tomorrow! Which will make tomorrow cool! :D

And yeah, Kyon. He's the man. >.<

So, in other words, this post by Loki is making me happy today! (It's a lone bright light amidst all the statistics I've been 'studying' for the past five hours...)

What have I done wrooooong??????? /wail

Also, having just read a certain post in a certain place which shall not be named, with someone bemoaning the loss of grammar and punctuation on teh internetz, I feel obliged to point out that your post currently reads like I am somehow 'with' Shiara. Which is hilarious. But I'm betting that's not what you meant. >.>

Step 1: Beat off 1000 applicants with psychometric testing.
Step 2: And then beat them off again with application.
Step 3: Go to a full day assessment centre with exercises with 35 other applicants.
Step 4: Pass through that and be invited onto a final day assessment including a presentation on any topic of my choice.
Step 5(?): Do a presentation on Steven Erikson and Malaz
Step 6: ????
Step 7: profit.

You know, you can play the other kind of recorder by, say, whistling a tune into a dictaphone.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.
