Off work today at 1PM, 3:40PM screening of the new Coen Brother's TRUE GRIT, and Beef Effing Wellington (cooked "PERFECTLY" Gordon Ramsay Style) for dinner tomorree night.

It's Christmas. What else needs to be-oh hang on, this post is identical to the one I made last year.

Well, it was a VERY good day. Got up early, attacked the wrapped boxes under the tree, and came up with new undies (FAR more exciting than it sounds, believe me), a new belt, Borderlands, an iPhone 4 (FUCK YES) and a ton of chocolate. Then we headed off to our uncle's new place, and had a great lunch. So much food...the tables were sagging under it. And yes, as I type this, the day has recently ended, but I can most definitely say that I have reason to be happy.

In non-Xmas news, going to meet up with a girl on Monday who is a fellow Scubs/Supernatural fiend. Looking forward to it.

Well this maybe a day later but last night's feast made me very happy... Roasted Leg of Lamb, Roasted Asparagus, Glazed Carrots, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Caramelized Onion Bread, and Homemade Applesauce...

I was fat, drunk, and happy last night...

AWESOME day in the city with my friend Anneliese. Saw a movie, walked around, had some great conversation and rolled down the best grassy hill this side of America. I feel sick as a dog but I'm elated.

Flipping great Christmas holidays this year - my parents have outdone themselves once again! Lovely to be home in a place I can truly relax and not worry about anything really. It's like time slows down here and chilling out is so easy. Proper holiday this time!

I'm off to Norway in a few hours, to a cabin about 50 miles from Tromso in the frozen wastelands of the Arctic north. Whilst there, I shall drink my bodyweight in fozen vodka and fish more or less continually in order to avoid scandalous Norwegian food prices.
