Might have to listen to Kaleo. This chick is into that style of music, and if I come out of this alive, I have a whole host of new bands to start listening to (the music exchange was worth it, totally).

Still feel way too young with all this optimism and hope. Feel like I am itching for new scars and have this detached part of me watching and shaking his head going "poor fool."

Your going to be fine. Women over these are super fun. Enjoy and have fun with it...at the end of the day who cares?...it just for the experience of a different person.

Sounds more like a hipster diet. Kale is the Devil's Vegetable, btw. :p

Just had a 90 minute massage. Knots everywhere, especially in the mid-lower back. Feeling soooooo much better now.

That moment when your child looks at you and says "I would push you in front of a T-Rex if it tried to eat me' and you just know you have succeeded as a parent.

Following rough day yesterday I spent the evening with some close friends. We had takeaway and watched Disney (The Sword in the Stone and The Aristocats). I now have a challenge to get "one big Medieval mess!" into conversation. All in all, made me feel much better

Yeah, it should be fun. She seems fairly low key and so far text conversations have been smashing (although I get the feeling that is entirely different than the real meal deal).

Today, the ocean color scene gig was crackin.

I bought some donuts for dessert.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Some time back I had an unfortunate experience with Kale. It tried to kill me. A rogue leaf of it became lodged between my respiratory and my digestive tract and tried to choke me. Now I know what a cat feels like after they hock up a hairball. :p

Spoiler

I freaked the fuck out when I walked into my living room and a pigeon was there, not sure how I'd feel about snakes lol

Then again it's wings that really freak me out, so I'd probably be alright. Wildlife is eminently boring here in the UK, well certainly in London at any rate, loooooot of Foxes!

True, it could have been some sort of suicide triffid.

EDIT: aaaaaaaaaand a quick google of 'suicide triffid' reveals this little floral charmer, also from Queensland.

Two of my best friends - whom I haven't seen very often since they went to uni - just got married today, couldn't be happier for them. Not generally a fan of big Christian ceremonies, but watching their relationship blossom since I first met them has been a joy and it was a very fitting culmination today, genuinely buzzing. I'll be off to the reception/party in a little while to celebrate and wish them all the best. Hopefully I'll be able to see them more often now that they've moved back into London as well

Wish me luck. Here early. Have a table where she wants it (outside), water, etc. Gods, behind the times by 10 years. Here'she hoping I survive...
