What a coincidence, The Tyrant Lizard is what I call the Pope.

Is he going to retain that name now he's retired? Or is The Tyrant Lizard a title for any and all popes?

I think the Darth Benedict title is for life.

Well went on date num 2 and while I had a great time I feel its just gonna be in the friend zone for her. ... something is telling me she will not accept this outcome when I tell her.

Heh...
"We're just going to be friends."
"No. We're dating."
"Oh... ummm..."
"We're dating. Serious and everything. You better have roses lined up for Valentines Day."
"But..."

Found out the venue mixed up the room of the venue we were looking at when she sent us the numbers to work out. She accidentally gave us the numbers for the biggest room (for over 200 guests), when we are going for the smallest room (100-125 guests)...turns out that the entire thing will cost us HALF what we thought...

I can't tell you how happy that makes us. We are still looking at other venues before deciding, but it's nice to know it's going to be affordable! XD

Filed taxes, and should be getting a refund of $7373 in a week or two.

Plan on spending it all on hookers and 40oz's.

Or catching up on all that I'm behind on.

Whichever my wife lets me do.

Dang at first I thought you meant you were getting $5k back on your tax return like Richie Rich up there, but that wouldn't make sense. Now that I realize you meant post count, it's a number I can respect.

Eh, s'alright. Nerd.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Wow my house was just fucking shaking! I heard a helicopter coming for a few minutes so I went outside to smoke a cig and what do I wind up seeing? Not 1,2, or 3 copters but fucking 5! 5 attack copters flying no more then 200ft above the treetops, I could see all the fucking guns on them. That was really cool to see that flying formation that low, my kids were going batshit crazy seeing that. They loved it. lol

Reminds me of the evening of May 4th 1995.

I was mowing my Grandmothers lawn and I suddenly heard a loud noise. Thinking it was the lawnmower acting up again I started playing with the throttle to see if it stopped, it didn't help so I cut the throttle and I still heard the noise which was even growing louder.

When I looked up to see where it was coming from, a B-17G (the Sally-B which is based at Duxford) came thundering over, think it was flying on a height of somewhere in between 500 - 1000 meters.

Those were the days, when I was a teenager loads of Warbirds would fly over my house from time to time. Mustangs, Dakotas, B-25's and Spitfires.

It all stopped when the Americans left the airbase of Soesterberg and the airbase was closed down some years later.

Sometimes a Dakota still flies over.

Working from home as my train line is fooked. Got my phone volune turned up in case I get a call, got the laptop on sound notification if an email comes in - planning to reply promptly but not too quick in order to maintain the illusion that I am actually working. Otherwise, screw you job!!!

Today marks the first (and let's face it, probably last) time a Valentine's Day plan to woo a maid has gone absolutely right :) So yeah, that's cool.

I started working again this week, because there were finally enough orders at the company to allow me to do so. Right now, I'm sandpapering the living fuck out of a staircase. It's boring as hell, but it's a large job and it's kind of comfortable to know where to go and what to do. Seeing as the season for floor grinding (which is what we do) is coming up, I will probably have some more jobs in the near future. And I earn a decent amount of dough, $17,60 an hour to be more precise, which I think is pretty good considering I'm only a lowly apprentice (although destined for world domination and stuff like that).
Money rules the world. I rule the money.

There's a vote going on for Lay's new flavor, one of which is Chicken and Waffles.

I'd try them. Cheesy Garlic Bread and Sriracha both sound great right off the bat though.

You've got to be joking.

Fried chicken and waffles is the greatest combination ever.

How can that be the greatest combination ever? There is no bacon.
