Wife and I just booked a three week trip to Greece in August.

Make sure to take atleast 3 pound sterling. Dont want to find yourself running out of money on the last day

Most political joke ive ever made I think...though not the worst

3 pounds?

its a three week trip TO Greece.

Not a three week trip to BUY Greece.

I have considered bringing along some extra cash in case the opportunity to purchase the country comes up. I'll let you guys know how that goes.

Finally dealt with a bunch of things I've been procrastinating over since before Christmas. I hate procrastinating but I'm a world beater at it. I get so cross with myself and then procrastinate even more until I eventually do whatever the task is whilst doing the mental version of fingers in the ears shouting "la la la la la la". What a waste of frickin energy!

Still, pat on the head for me for clearing the deck of jobs I was dreading

Julia Fischer's Bach concerto's playing on my iTunes at work is serving to calm my work-rattled nerves.

Ahhhhhhh.

When I grow up I am going to be a Dinoautoaeroaquaautomatedbiologist, then the world will be sorry (well after my foray into Dinogeneticology) when WarWar is waged and infidels are om nomed.

Also, puppy werewolf's.

If any of that made any sense to you, you probably need to see a psychiatric specialist.

Got back last night at around 2am from a few days up the coast with Shiara, Luci and Wolfy. Was heaps of fun, we relaxed, swam in the lake, fish and chips at the beach and a dusk swim, DnD in a forest getting Luci to give DMing a go, some drinks and good company :p

Finally bought my new bookcase that I'd been needing. It's already 3/4 full. This pleases me for some reason.

Once again, the cricket. And it's only day 1 of the 3rd test. :p

It would be nice if this lasts.

It is Friday. I only have a half day of work. I have 8 Old Speckled Hens, and Super Mario Wii waiting for me at home.

I've been a member of the Westeros forum for like a day and a half so far and I've already run afoul of two members for my vehement dislike of Bakker and support of Erikson.

I'm such a hothead.

It makes me happy because I was a member of Outpost Gallifrey (DOCTOR WHO forums) for about a week and was immediately assaulted by devout DW fans who think they know all...to the point where I ASKED to be banned since it was NOT a fun experience.

So at least it's not like that.

LOL

It also makes me love this place so much. So that makes me happy. :p

There are a surprising amount of dickheads on the westeros forums, for people who are so similar in interests to me.

We should organize some trolling expeditions. That last Suvudu cage match where TQB was born was sweet for that

pissing off westeros is like invading Russia in winter.

you might have some early success, but eventually weight of numbers and counter invasion means its a really bad f***ing idea.

making me happy is the fact that i'm home and have internet again.
meh. Link was dead :(

I'm just joking, lads - I'd never condone such juvenile behavior which would cast a bad light on this forum and its prestigious members.

Couldn't we blame it on the Goodkind minions anyway?

This

While I have no problem being a dick on another site rather than this one I think Coco is right. It would be stupid if people on here went over to Westeros and then coomented how much better it was over here, to then bring down the wrath of a larger and more dickish group of people. We dont need them leave them to their shit fantasy and let them rot.

Well I wasn't suggesting any kind of invasion. Simply stating that we're a much nicer crowd over here. Surprising, with the stories I've heard from the old days :p

Maybe some of the grumpier members have calmed down in old age?
