Surely you just put them in for about 2 minutes and let them stand for one? What is there to discuss? :(

While reshelving books at work, I noticed one of the Goodkind books had a small rip in the cover. Damaged stock, must get rid of it. What a terrible shame.

Also, Work is almost done. New Star Trek is finally out on DVD, guess who is going home with the GF, going to make some delicious dinner, and watch it? This guy.

Like Obdi says - BURN IT!!!

But first set up the video camera. THEN burn it. Then douse the coals by pissing on it. Then post the whole clip on a Tairy forum. :(

Or is that just taking trolling just a wee bit too far?

Jealousy is so unbecoming on you, spoilsport. :(

I'm (ab)using my new interwebz connection (prepaid so it's a bit steep, but oh well ...) by trawling through youtube for 80s classics. :(

Plus I have tomorrow off, so I can go pick up my new car, pop in a few CDs and go for a bit of a drive. :(

Ah, the 80's.

Don't forget theses classics then

First a couple of super cheesy singles

Kajagoogoo - Too Shy

Huamn League - Don't You Want Me

And then something non-dairy
Echo And The Bunnymen - Killing Moon
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CqvruTNSWqI

Despite hating so much of the music of the 80's, since it's the music of my childhood, i can't help but smile when i hear same of the super cheesy songs on the radio.

I am watching a Halloween episode of "Castle" where Nathan Fillion is done up in his Mal Reynolds gear as a "space cowboy". According to his on-screen daughter he wore it last 5 years ago and needs to "get over it". And the episode is about a victim done up as a vamp, featuring a few Buffy references, which he was also in.

I love in-jokes. I am a sad geek. :(

But it's so KEEEEEWWWWWLLLL!!! :(

I'm ashamed I chose to watch this over the T20 cricket match tonight that featured Warnie, Gilchrist and McGrath coming out retirement, and pretty much everyone who is awesome in Aussie cricket.

Then again, I'm kinda not, cos it was awesome! :( And I got the in-jokes too. I'm undecided as to whether that's sad or not.

Spurs score NINE, England thrash South Africa, I had a drink with Rodeo, and now I'm drinking Doom Bar and cooking Beef Wellington. I don't think a day gets much better!

After seven months of unemployment, I am now gainfully employed again. As an IT specialist my previously hard earned skils obviously make me ideally suited for the position of sous chef at the Horse and Jockey pub, Ashton Keynes, Wiltshire. If any Malazanite is considering eating in our fantastic restaurant , let me know and I will ensure our friendly landlord welcomes you in the warmest possible way.

Seriously its a great pub with great food, and I am employed again!

Congrats on the new job Hinter. Job hunting ain't much fun.

I'm pretty happy now despite having to start flat hunting for the New year. Went and looked at a place today and it looks really nice, so at least i know i have one good option to fall back on.
