I think some of that is fairly close, but other parts are way off.

Not surprising, considering you're almost right in the middle on two things. I had to do this thing for work and I usually end up either INTJ or INFJ, with 51% Thinking OR Feeling depending on the day. That one letter difference can give you a wildly different resulting write up on that site. I once took the test late at night because I was bored and ended up as ISTJ, which reflected my mood at the time but is otherwise wildly inaccurate. Basically, if the mood you take the test in has such a big influence on the result it's a good sign that it's bullshit armchair philosophy with questions that are very obvious (an introvert is going to be an introvert) to convince you that it's right.

I always get INFJ - The Advocate/Protector

I do enjoy when it breaks into ideal jobs for the personality type. Apparently INFJs are terrible at detail and go out of their way to avoid such tasks. I'm a legal secretary - my job is detail, and I'm good at it.

I haven't done it for some time but I remember always feeling that so many of the questions were situation and mood dependent that it would never really get a good read of someone.

I got into a silly argument on Facebook about artificial sweetners. Nothing important but I was using these things called references and facts, and actually read the article in question that we were discussing. I thought this was putting me squarely in the lead. That's when my opponent played their trump card telling me not to argue with a Dr. That's when I knew that my life had all been leading up to this moment. So I said I'm a Dr too. I cant really say why but I got huge kick out of it. I guess becauses its so insulting to be dismissed that way, especially when your right so it was so much fun to just counter that point with the exact same point.

If I had done my 5-year masters of legal science in a number of other countries (including S. Africa I think), I would have been a Dr too! Alas, in Norway I would need an extra 4 year long PHD for that title :)

If we are all Doctors I become less special!

You'll always be special to me!

I need to be special to other doctors!

I forget my test score from before but I'm bored at work so Ill be back ASAP.

I think these things have grains of truth but are also similar to horroscopes. If you like what your reading you tend not to disagree with the assessment. Even negative traits can be written as positives and so people are happy to lay claim to them.

Edit - I am a macros!

Edit - 'This constant thinking can have the effect of making them look pensive and detached, as they are often conducting full-fledged debates in their own heads, but really Logicians are quite relaxed and friendly when they are with people they know, or who share their interests. However, this can be replaced by overwhelming shyness when Logician personalities are among unfamiliar faces, and friendly banter can quickly become combative if they believe their logical conclusions or theories are being criticized.'

So to me this sounds incredibly accurate. I often think of myself as shy but my friends don't. I'm comfortable with my friends, I have improved a lot as I have gotten older but with large groups of new people I am shy. I struggle to network with strangers. I'm shy with new people, I don't guy out of my way to greet people I know but who are not my friends if I have nothing particular to say. With my friends though I can be the life of the party, I can be outgoing, I am funny etc.

Thing is the logician is apparently 3% of people. The above description I would imagine resonates with at least 30% if not more of people.

I love Octoberfest beer. I try as many different brands as I can get my hands on this time of year.

But Sam Adams Octoberfest is the best.

Never tried the Octoberfest one....I'm a big fan of the Summer one...will have to see if they ship the Octoberfest one into Canada (they do the other seasonal Sam Adams brews, so hopefully!)

Its worth the effort to acquire.

Its only available through November though.

My partner just had her gallbladder removed in an emergency situation. She's out of the operation safely and the months of misery are likely over now.

This has dominated our lives for so long that she's been worried about this not fixing the pain and discomfort, even with the gallbladder out. Puking from the pain, having fevers, walking around hunched over etc. We been through it all.
I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.

Cheers to getting painful things out of your bodies, whether it's babies or gall bladders, and hopefully speedy recoveries for all.
