No men look good in skinny jeans...

^^This is a universal truth

You lot are so close minded. Plus if you are right and extend the point to any tight trouser then all members of late 70s and early 80s rock bands would have seen less action than a forum full of SFF reading nerds. Some of those boys looked mighty fine back in the day. Also I'd happily take the skinny jeans off one member of One Direction with my teeth!

I'm okay with slim trousers. If that's your bag, go for it.

...but skinny jeans/pants are the ones that basically act like a legging. No breathing room, or allowance for imagination. They are an affront.

In their simplest terms, they are like a Speedo, only longer.

*shiver*

You're just terrified of the feelings you've hidden within. Feelings that would break free once more at the sight of Morgoth in skinny jeans.

There is no reason to fear, QT. Embrace what is inside you.

The rock bands had FAME and MONEY to counter the spandex.

I've had another day to myself to just be creative and indulge in sketching. I start the new job on Monday but this couple of weeks has really shown I need to make time to do this regularly, it does a lot for my well being.

Anyway, today's efforts! Another addition to our "Map Wall" when it's finished, to accompany Middle Earth and the Chain of Dogs maps.

Things learned: Papyrus is a very irritating font to replicate by hand, and the province of Skyrim has an unreasonable number of rivers.

Went to the Manchester Christmas markets and ended up buying some goodies...
One on the right was £30 and is more my wife's kind of thing. One on the left was £100 and I'm very excited about opening it. Still got a few drams of Glenlivet Nadurra special edition and a freshly opened bottle of Lagavulin 16 year old so I may hold off opening it...

Brahms Hungarian Dances and Vasily Kallanikov's 2nd symphony alongside studying for a very interesting course's final.

The only shame is that the old school hard ass professor is not likely to give me very good marks on my essays, but that's the trade off I guess.

Leaving in a few hours to drive to St. Louis so i can hop on a plane and spend 2 weeks in Spokane, WA. Granted its with the in-laws, but they're cool, and have a seperate living space at their place for us, so we can come and go.

But mother of god, the delicious beer they have up there.
I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.
