lost 4kg thus far (in my aim to get a 6 pack lol, cliche I know, but I always wanted one, (not of beer either) and I WILL get one) and to aid in this my Bowflex 1090s arrived on Friday. My gym is looking sick, got a new Bowflex 5.1 bench to match, as I am 6'3" and my current bench isnt made for a human my height apparently. Gonna be smashing the weights now, lets get huge and lean. YES!

Yes it feels good. I really miss being all cut up. I got nice and buff the 1st yr of being divorced then I got the Flu and stopped going to the gym and just haven't been back in 3 yrs lol.



Man, thats a huge flu! lol. Hopefully I can get there in the next 6 or so months, and keep up with it, and after reading this, avoid the flu!!;)

I just bid over $ 400 000,- for an apartment. I'm sitting here staring at my phone waiting to see if someone will put up a higher bid. I have no idea whether I'm excited or terrified.

@Gothos, it's an Apartment in the city center. Third floor with a veranda and Direct view of the park. It's literally on the edge of a big park.
