I'm seeing someone.

Maybe it's too soon. It's early stages. I don't know. But it's nice to know someone cares and it's nice to know I still know how to feel for someone that way. We've had some very frank discussions about my situation and he's OK with it all. He doesn't expect me to be ready right away and he'll stick around for as long as it takes for me to heal. Says I'm worth it. That's nice to hear, after everything I've been through.

I'm also happy but slightly nervous... We have just bought some solar panels for the house. Quite a lot of money to invest but they pay for themselves (heck, we get paid to have them as they put power back into the national grid!) But it's still a fairly big deal...

I only just noticed, years after hearing it first, that Metallica's The Thing That Should Not Be from Master of Puppets is actually referencing... Cthulhu mythos? Really? Wow.

Yeah they have a few influenced by Lovecraft. For example, Call of Cthulu...
