Yet somehow those Patriot bitches keep having great teams. Ohhhh, I hate them. Of course, hating a team can be as much fun as rooting for a team.

These statements have steam literally coming out of my ears. There is no fun in hating the Patriots. Tried and true hate dispels all notion of any positive emotions. When it comes to the Patriots, any lack of neutrality or diplomacy I possess is instantly doused. I loathe them with the power of a trillion suns. Tom Brady. Oh. How. I. Hate. Tom. Brady. One of the best moments in my life was watching live his interception in the 2006 AFC Championship game in Indianapolis. If only I could have seen those big baby blue eyes tearing up.

They will not go undefeated. The Patriots will not go undefeated. Tom Brady will not win MVP. The Patriots will not make it to the Super Bowl. Bill Belichick, while a very good coach, is equivalent in evil as Karl Rove is to me. Patriots lose, in Indy, in November, on Sunday Night Football. Witness.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Neither Indy or NE will make it to the AFC Champ game, let alone the Super Bowl. That's my "bold" prediction.

Wow. That is a bold prediction. I just hate N.E. and they have nothing but my enmity. I do think they are good though, and I hate that I have to recognize that.

Neither to the AFC Champ game? Who? Jacksonville and San Diego? Pittsburgh or Cleveland?

San Diego Versus Pittsburgh

And the winner of the Super Bowl will again come out of the NFC.

I'm wondering what odds you would throw down on these bold predictions Xander? :D

LOL. Just a gut feeling. NE can't possibly be as good as they were last year. Indy will still be good but Jags are going to be even bettter, Pitt will be better, Cleveland should be, San Diego still plays in a punk division so they should dominate.

I'll admit I'd much rather the Colts be in the NFC right now. The AFC is just stacked. And I agree with the Pats statement. If they dominate this year and go undefeated through the regular season I'll buy a Tom Brady jersey and wear it around Indianapolis on opening day next year.

Nah, they should just go ahead and start him up front. Why wait? They have no chance of being a contender, so get him the experience. I can understand why teams who are decent wait, but if you are like the Colts when they drafted Manning, just chuck him in there and let him earn his paycheck.

5 wins is a great season for Atlanta I think. Last year was just so damned horrific for them, I think I would be happy with just a team that played hard, showed improvement week to week, and didn't have players going to prison.

Good points.

I'll hope for 6. We got rid of DeAngelo Hall, couldn't stand that asshole. Overrated anyway.

There are parts of me that think, if the Colts don't make the playoffs, just tank. Tank it. Get early draft picks each round. 6 wins will probably put them from I think 7 - 10 in the first round. If they played in the NFC West they might be a contender for a wild card! :D

No :D Anyways, I can see why they would try to use him like that, otherwise when he's in you know it's either pass or toss left/right, but Bush just isn't good between the tackles. I think it hurts them more trying to use him that way then it does just basically telling the defense: "Yeah, you know what's coming. Stop it."

So he will end up being a WR then, rather than a RB? He can't be called a running back if he can't run between the tackles, sorry.

I don't think he ever really was a running back. He was a special player, and you put your special players where they will touch the ball most. If not QB, then RB.

He's a bust so far.

Hate to say it but it's true.

Bust when you view him as the #2 overall pick, I agree. He can still be an impact player though I think, if he's utilized the right way. It just goes to show, even top level college football doesn't come close to the skill and athleticism of the NFL. At all. I think it is by far the biggest jump from amateur to professional sport.

Yep.

Bush has time to fix his problems, but he needs to focus more on football I think.

What is distracting him? Commercials, Kardashian's gigantic booty?

The fact that he's not playing against Pac10 defenses anymore is what's holding him back I think.

Sorry Paladin. :D
