Starting Bad Monkey next also. Wasn’t sure about it, but then I saw it’s the same Executive Producer that did Ted Lasso, Scrubs, and Shrinking.

Also started Men Of A Certain Age. Pretty sure it was on TNT back around 08. Only 20 episodes, but as a man of a certain age, I’m really enjoying it. Funny, good/witty dialogue. Wish there was more.

Yup, Bill Lawrence is brilliant. He goes on the Scrubs podcast quite a lot and he's just a very funny dude.

So this is very much not like these other shows, wow. It's definitely not a comedy in the same vein as his other stuff, though I guess broadly speaking it's a dark comedy, with a splash of Florida style noir murder mystery. I'm loving it, whatever it is, the narrative structure is fantastic.

I've seen a lot of posts suggesting that Mindhunter is going to come back for 3 x 2 hour long specials! I think that would convince me to get Netflix back for a bit!

Re-watched all three series of THE INBETWEENERS on Prime and it's still good. Some of it hasn't aged particularly well, but still good, so then I chose to I re-watch the first movie and it also holds up very well and is a nice dovetailed end to the series...the second movie is so pointlessly foul and I'm simply not going to watch. I'm going to assume all the guys and the girls they ended up with from Malia are happily ever after.

Also, Lydia Rose Bewley is still a crush, and I think that means it's time to re-watch DRIFTERS too.

Just want to give a shout out to Worry for recommending Schmigadoon! which has honestly been a phenomenal, hilarious and wonderously wholesome experience to watch. It ticked so many boxes for me and Mrs Tiste.

The cast was amazing (I love Kristin Chenoweth! And Jane Krakowski! And let's face it, just everyone in that cast!), the musical numbers were brilliantly done, the plot was great and the jokes just kept coming.

I'm very sad it's so short because we flew through it and I'm not sure any more are coming.
Anyways thanks Worry.

Season 4 of the bear… just meh.

Ten episodes and somehow it feels like nothing advanced, the tension was gone despite efforts to keep it and the drama felt forced.

I don’t want to do spoilers just yet so hard to be more detailed but I was sad to have to say this
