This thread is where you post your jubilation over recieving the book and mock all the losers who are still suffering.

This is so that we don't have 117 threads stating the obvious.

And just to let you know, I don't have the book yet... and I hate you all :GA:

117. A halo fan, then.

I hope this forum doesn't become like the RotCG one- only good if you've got the book. :D

Mine should be here by now. I'm starting to get twitchy. After I feel twitchy, I usually get ... stabby. I wants it now.

Edit: OK, it's just arrived. I'll let the postman live for now.

See you in a couple of days.

DOH! I only just ordered it today, didn't realise they were gonna release it so early.

Dispatch estimate for these items: 26 Jun 2008
Items dispatching soon:
Delivery estimate: 1 Jul 2008 - 7 Jul 2008

lol, It always seems to give wild Delivery estimates, but I normally recieve it a day or two after dispatch. So hopefully should get it before the end of the week. :D

I've noticed a curious tendency that my wife has of asking questions and trying to make conversation at just the worst moments. This was particularly true last night when I was in the middle of reading Tth. If anyone else is similarly afflicted I suggest claiming constipation and smuggling the book into the bathroom - failing any better ideas that's my cunning plan to avoid a repeat performance this evening.

It is mine! :D Now I just have to read it ... which isn't a problem, all things considered.

Whats wrong Byssy?

Why didn't you pre-order from amazon.uk? Noone to blame but yourself.

i DID.

But since i'm actually away for about the next few days, i didn't bother with the extra special compensate for your pathetic life faster delivery.

It's sweet actually, i get back from a week of mtn biking, beach and great food, and then lunge into the glory that is TtH.

Assuming, of course, that the nice German delivery service manages to actually complete the deal and my local post orifice doesn't fuck it up six ways from sideways. If you happen to see news about a mushroom cloud somewhere over a Quickymart in Ontario, you'll know.

Can you track the pkg using the Amazon order # on Deutsche Post? I'm going to be in a bind when this book arrives. My wife is pregnant & due date is June 27th!!!!! I don't think that will be getting much time to read for the first few weeks :D But no worries, will be having good times with my son :p

Your priorities are clearly all out of whack. But name your son 'Ganoes' and we'll forgive you. :p

Yippi Ka yeah

Items dispatched on 24 Jun 2008:
Posted Image
Delivery estimate: 30 Jun 2008

lol, I just ordered it today, got it with the Super Saver Free Delivery, and I should get it tomorrow or Thursday. I don't bother with expensive fast deliveries as from my experience if you use Super Saver free delivery it takes almost the same amount of time(sometimes a day extra) to arrive from Dispatch than if you had paid extra for fast delivery. :D

of course Rake, you are in the UK.

there is a bit of difference for the superfast to the states than the super-saver.
