It seems both Arsenal and Liverpool have decided they dont want to win tonight.

Liverpool are starting David Eggnog, that prolific talent, and Arsenal are opting to rest Van Persie for the FA Cup (where we'll lose to Burnley again) and are starting Bendtner up front. On his own. One striker, for a team that cant score with 3 on the bloody pitch, and also the one that couldnt score if you gave him the ball and an open goal 4 yards away. In fact, he missed one of them last week. Useless lump.

Here's something I never thought I'd say: David N'Gog was contesting (with Benny) for the man of the match award. He was fucking ace in that match. Alot better than that cunt Keane.

Ooh, Villa dropped 3 points tonight, that's 6 games without a win in all comps for them, and only a 3 point gap between them and Arsenal now. I still think it's unlikely, but with Walcott, Cesc, Eduardo and Adebayor all coming back to fitness, and the wheels starting to fall off for Villa, could we be about to see Arsenal reclaim the 4th spot?

Damned Hull with their 90th minute winning goals.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Excellent win for Man U tonight that had potential black and white banana skin written all over it, we are looking incedibly strong for a domestic treble but I still think Inter may snaffle a score draw at OT and leave us to 'concentrate on the league'.

I think the league's well and truly won now, and I fully expect Man U to beat Inter by 2 or 3 at home. I reckon you'll make at least the semis, I can only really see Liverpool and Barca being able to beat United - Liverpool because theyre so jeckyll and hyde, benitez lives for the CL only, and they have the added motivation against utd. And obviously Barca, because theyre good. But Id still fancy utd to shade it. Might put a bet on actually.

Although I'd never take betting tips from a malnourished chimerney sweep I admire you for having the guts to take this bet, it's a huge task for any team to maintain that level of performance in knockout games. Liverpool would be the one team I wouldn't fancy in the CL they are a very solid negative side away from home, I'd fancy Barcelona, their tactics are very attacking and I think we'd be able to absorb their attacking threat and exploit the lack of cohesion between their midfield and front 3, also they have a Championship standard defence at best, I mean Pique didn't get anywhere near the standard of the United first team and now he's a regular

Delighted with Villa's loss last night about time we got some luck lol
Burnley this sunday wallcott and eduardo return for that match, once fabregas and adebayor return we will have a full squad to select from
(i wont mention rosicky as well... need i say more?)

Looking back at old arsenal clips... Am i the only person that misses highbury?

That's unfair to Pique, he was slowly breaking through and was ahead of Evans before he left. In any case, Fergie didn't really want to let him go, but couldn't really deny him a return to Barca.

Spuds have just absolutely robbed Sunderland. Sunderland led the whole game, sp*rs didnt really have any chances, Sunderland dominated and then should have got a penalty - King wrapped his leg around Kenwyne Jones and essentially brought him down with a judo move. Still appealing, spurs played on went down the other end and scored. Beyond daylight robbery, this was a daylight heist of Fort Knox. Criminal.

Degen finally returns from injury and turns out for the reserves.
scores 4 minutes in.
limps off injured before the first half ends.
Brilliant signing Rafa!

and on the continent, Voronin is scoring hat tricks whilst we were torresless. Fantastic decisions all round.

Make sure you watch MotD tonight and keep an eye on Nicklas Bendtner. You WILL NOT BELIEVE the sheer amount of piss easy chances he missed all game, I've seen him play badly before (regularly) and miss chance after chance, but this performance really takes the biscuit. I've never seen a striker with worse finishing, it's just dreadful beyond comedy.

Dont get me started on Bend[b]t[/bn]er... Arsenal really have to sell him before it gets worse Arshavin was giving him some amazing balls through all match and he couldnt get it in, Horrendous!.
On the other Hand Arshavin's first Arsenal goal? one of the best goals ive seen in an arsenal shirt for a long time, Looked like a blend of Bergkamp and Henry if you ask me :p

The only thing funnier than Bendtner's awful finishing was Pedersens flop, dive whatever you wanna call it, I call it a joke, maybe he slipped? either way he made a right tit of himself
