You can look inside the novel. Orb, Sceptre, Throne includes an all-new map of Southern Genabackis!

Wow, no kidding!!!
Spoiler
So very, very excited for this now!
I thought SE had indicated/hinted a long while back that south Genebackis was quite big and stuck out a lot. I guess that changed. Since the map is annoyingly sideways in the book I put it together with the MoI Genebackis map for a full Genebackis map, but I can't post attachments in this sub-forum, it seems, so you'll have to wait for mods to fix that to see it

South Genabackis:
Combined Genabackis map:
Yeah, South Genabackis is a lot smaller than I expected. To the point where it seems odd they didn't simply have the whole continent on the earlier maps anyway (especially in MoI with the focus on Morn and Elingarth).

Aragan is mister Cameo. Unless I am sadly mistaken, he was first the garrisson leader of Mock's Hold iirc (Night of Knives?), then he was the guy who negotiated with Rake after Coral. Basically, he always arrives somewhere for a page at the end of the book.

EDIT 2: after scanning the first 60 pages, I just can't recognize the Seguleh.

Just read the cast list, and two things jump out:
Spoiler
Spoiler
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Extremely excited about the Seguleh! And Envy was such a joy, too!
Does anyone else think there's a ridiculously important Darujhistan character missing from the list???

I cant zoom in on the text, but it looks like the epilogue starts at page 577, so the book will probably be a little under 600 pages long. Thats almost the same lengt as Stonewielder, wich is fine by me.
Anybody else tough Suth was a pretty good character? Suprised anybody would find him boring.

Most likely an approximation to make it fit on the page better.
Notice that the original map drooped more regularly on the right side, so it probably means it was less of a sharp bent and that what we see should be sensibly bigger if pasted on the old map.
Mostly accomodations of the mapmaker.

Does the name start with a K? Ya he's missing. But to be fair Traveller is not in the list either and he is in the book.

Hot damn, now I'm pumped and primed for this.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....
