What happens to Kiska?

Just curious. I read NoK a week ago, and I thought it was pretty interesting. I found Kiska surprisingly refreshing to read and since she signed up with Tayschrenn at the end of the novel, is she mentioned/does she appear in any of the main Malaz novels?
In an unrelated note, I know the book didn't give us this detail but how old is Kiska? Her attitude made me think of a girl 14 - 16, but that might be too young.
Thanks!

I just finished it as well. Kiska; Don't know about her age, but I figured she was in her late teens. IIRC she shows up in Bonehunters, during Tayshrenns brief cameo, when he has a meeting with Quick Ben, but I'd have to check it again to be sure.

Yes she does, and Kalam and QB (or someone else) thinks that if Tayschrenn has Kiska and that other guy with him, he must really be feeling threatened.
So safe to assume she becomes uber-assassin/ bodyguard/ spy for Tayschrenn

Awww, that really warms my heart for some reason. Girl got what she wanted.
Thanks for the clarification! I'll have to re-read that bit of BH again.

Its a happy ending in the malaz tales. Fancy that lol

She a fun character that can also be a bit annoying at times, but was fun to see her start to resolve her youthful outlook in NoK and come into the roll of bodyguard.
I wish she would realize that instruction in her "talent" would be a boon in all she tries to do. Too bad Agayla did push harder to keep her learning.

heh, I knew what forum we were in, but since the main question from the OP was what other novels she was in that that would be disclaimer enough.
Guess the question should have been posed in another forum or we should have blacked out every reply. Will do next time.

Lesson there is if someone does something wrong, you correct them, you don't indulge them. The spoiler rules are there to benefit the vast majority of readers who have some self control in terms of delayed gratification.
