The story that neither Microsoft or Sony are going to release next gen consoles this year is gaining momentum.

Microsoft has stated that their supply chains are coming back online, but I guess we'll see. My expectation is the best we can hope for is a limited release this year, and that it might very well get pushed into 2021. If MS really wanted to be a jerk, they could drop a ton of cash and corner the market for the parts the systems share and try and get a big head-start on Sony, who doesn't have that kind of cash laying around.

My S.O. and I got Animal Crossing as well. Playing local co-op isn't very good. The ONLY thing the non-leader can do is catch bugs and fish. They can't use other tools or anything else. Anything they pick up goes to a 'recycle box' that the leader can then pull stuff out of.

But if you both play at different times, that 'secondary' person is able to do almost everything the person who started the island can do. The only difference is the non-island-starter can't help with primary quests, like turning in bugs/fish to open the museum or turning in supplies for the shop, which means they can't progress the story at all, and some of that stuff is very important since it opens up things like the shovel or vaulting pole.

    Aaaaaaaaaaaaand work system died again

I'm available off hours for IT consulting. I warn you the prices I charge are ridiculous, and skimping on IT is probably why your company is where it is today.

    Then who was Girlfriend?

    *Fight club flashback*

I met her several times. A lovely stuffed teddy bear that he would call his girlfriend, and went everywhere with him. I wasn't surprised that they got married but was shocked to hear that they got divorced. But in hind sight the relationship was never going to work.

That was only slightly less awkward than his Waifu Pillow phase.

Wait, Morgy, what was the thing you asked me never to share?

I think that Morgy put those overlarge foam hands on his waifu pillow and kept calling it 'Maccy'?

A couple of things - the GOP, since the southern strategy, has been absolutely the party of profits over humans. They are the example of corporate greed, and donald trump is a logical conclusion to their values.

The 'party of lincoln' they are not, and haven't been since they embraced racism and anti-abortion as single voter issues to try and stay relevant while only actually representing the rich.

They still like to call themselves that when they make their desultory and futile attempts to get African American voters on board. I guess this is a case of "What you do in the shadows"; there aren't any shadows to hide in any more, and it seems they're now in the process of visibly shrugging off their human skin suits.

The biggest issue most Republicans have with Trump is that they say he says 'the quiet things' out loud. No dog whistles or hinting at things, he just comes out and says it.
