As far is im aware you can only order via subterraneanpress.com The link is somewhere in the announcement pages. There are only 100 of the limited I think. probably only a few left now.

There were 300 as far as I knew, but Hume is right about the rest.

But that is freakin awesome. I really like the sword, I am glad it didn't have any unnecessary ridges and what not. Nice and straight and sharp. The way a sword should be.
His hair is alos super cool..but I always pictured his skin even darker than that. Best MBotF art I have ever seen.

The GotM limited edition is sold out. It's a missed opportunity for anyone involved, original owners of GotM will get first rights on the rest of the series. If it all goes through...

The Lettered ones have letters (A through to ZZ) and the numbered ones have numbers;)
As there are only 52 Lettered editoions though, so they're much more elite;)
